GoogleWe went to Goadsby, Verwood as we felt a little let down by our previous agent. Thank goodness we did! All the team were very efficient and friendly. Our sale and onward purchase were not without trial and tribulation but the team got us through it and were always at the end of the phone in we had any questions. It all went through eventually, so a huge thank you to Nathan, Ben and Sue, you're a fab team who we can't recommend enough.

GoogleThe Goadsby Verwood team were absolutely fantastic in our recent move. They were so supportive and communicated everything along the way. The team are so lovely and approachable and nothing was a problem - completely dispelling the estate agent myth. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them as the best estate agent in Verwood to use.

GoogleI was the buyer of a property in Verwood in 2017, the Sale was handled by Goadsby Estate Agents in Verwood . I was impressed by the professionalism of Rob, Sue and Nathan who were always efficient and helpful, promptly answering questions or seeking clarification. They really stood out as they liaised with mortgage companies, solicitors in relation to probate, Conveyances, Surveyors and all parties involved in the process; to politely hasten the process and this saved me no end of worry. Shall i say they were excellent at friendly chivying and keeping the 'ball rolling'. Having bought and sold 6 times over the decades, and so having many past experiences to compare - i can say that they stood head and shoulders above all previous experiences. If I'm ever minded to sell i will engage Goadsby Verwood. Their friendly assistance and thoughtfulness i received throughout the period was continued once i moved into this friendly town by many organisations and the Local Authority - so i am unlikely to be requiring their 'Selling Skills' for sometime! I was delighted to see their success in a survey of all Estate Agents countrywide - thoroughly deserved. Ash Woods

(Sue is a legend) Could not of been more impressed with the kindness and professionalism from these guys. More so, if you are a first time buyer, they guided me through the process with such efficiency that something i was so worried about doing became so easy and enjoyable. Nathan was a star, and always on the other end of the phone to assist, as was sue, who literally keeps you sane! Thank you so much, can not wait to move now!!!!!

GoogleRob Ward and his team were absolutely excellent. Having previously marketed our home unsuccessfully with two other local agents, we wish in hindsight that we had instructed Rob in the first instance and we have to say that Sue Gardiner, their in house Sales Progressor, is worth the equivalent of three solicitors. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their property in Verwood to consider using Goadsby. It does not surprise me in the least to see they have been ranked the 19th Best Sales Agent in the UK in Rightmoves Best Estate Agent Guide. Well done Goadsby, keep up the good work.

GooglePurchased a property through Goadsby, Verwood August 2017. Considering I wasn’t their client they went above and beyond to help with getting my purchase through to completion. Sue was constantly on the case of my terrible solicitors (don’t ever choose online ones) and made my life a lot easier. Nathan was also very helpful throughout the whole process with answering queries and keeping myself and my seller in contact. Thank you to the team at Goadsby.

I would also like to thank Sue for her total determination to make sure that the sale went through. You may not pay commission at purple bricks but I very much doubt you would get the service Goadsby in Verwood give on a daily basis. Once again guys thank you very much.

Worst agency in Bournemouth, they gonna try to keep your deposit no matter what, and they will, I will no not recommend it to anybody.
