My partner had an awful experience with Goadsby. Very quick to take her money but then it was all down hill. Customer service & communication was appalling, a culture of arrogance seems to run through the company. Luckily there are many other estate agents to choose from, which is exactly what we've done with our latest sale & purchase.

Didn't have the most straight forward of sales due to the specialist house I was selling and if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication of Nathan & Sue at Goadsby's I'm not sure it would have gone through in the timescale that we needed it to in order to keep the chain together. Couldn't recommend them higher!

Wareham lettings were useless. They have no concept that an empty property is losing money. They took far too long to do the referencing for me and then still expected me to pay the full amount of their bill. (I didn't.)
