We (my husband & myself) have recently in July 2016 rented the first property in Ickenham having moved from outside London. Happy with the service provided from day one when I went to see the property. Michelle was the first staff member I interacted even before I knew other agents. She showed me the property promptly. I found her to be very friendly, pleasant, helpful & professional. Michelle is super efficient, viewings were on time, queries answered immediately, etc. The process of setting up the rental agreement etc was done very efficiently. Michelle (and James) were very helpful with arranging our tenancy. Prompt service & returned calls when promised. Any kind of issues faced, they let me & my husband know. They connected us to the handyman and property manager for maintenance who always sort out any issue small or large, going out of the way sometimes. Lakin & Co are excellent. The staff fully understood our required criteria and were able to deliver and meet our needs... Agent fees: Good. Not sure as this is our first property we rented. Also never stayed in London earlier.

I highly recommend Lakin & Co to everybody. Me and my partner received a very professional service from viewing the property to moving into our new house and ever since. A cute welcome box was waiting for us on the day of the move. The Team is always very helpful and they would assist you with all your questions and provide you with immediate help if there is an issue. Chris and team worked very quickly to get our house on the market and made our property look very attractive (which it is). Then they worked hard to get a realistic buyer. When our buyer's sale fell through (no fault of Lakins) then Chris was quick to find another solution that enabled us to complete on the purchase of our dreams. Since then he has found a real buyer for our buyer's property and so both of us are very happy. We feel that Lakins are honest, hard working and really there to help. Many Thanks.

I had just come out of a very disappointing and stressful negotiation with another letting agent who strung me along for two weeks then declined my offer. I had just four days left to find a property and move house. Michelle responded to my email alert on one of the property websites (can't remember which now) and encouraged me to view said property. I was a bit hesitant but her customer service was excellent so I decided to view. On my way to the viewing, I was running late due to an emergency on the tube but Michelle was kind enough to wait for me for almost 20minutes. I nearly cancelled but I am so glad I didn't. The house was simply stunning and met every single requirement I had. I put in an offer immediately and Chris was able to turn it around the same day. He talked me through the process and was very open and understanding, always looking out for my best interests. I viewed the property on Tuesday and picked up my keys on Friday!!!! Simply amazing!!!! The property was deep-cleaned and ready to move in on Friday and I slept over on Saturday. Lakin even helped when there was an issue with the white goods. All in all, a truly amazing experience. 5-Star service, great teamwork, professional team and amazing turnaround! This is how estate agents should work. Thank you to the great team at Lakin & Co.
