Yvonne recently helped my partner and I find a fantastic flat. She made what was originally a stressful process, incredibly relaxing & straight forward. We have dealt with many letting agents and Yvonne is miles above those in our past experiences, she is honest, warm, professional, reliable and helped make our move seamless. We would highly recommend her along with the other staff at Lakin & Co (a shout out to Lauren who has also has been great - super speedy at getting onto things & really helpful) thanks all x

I’d highly recommend Daniel and all the team at Ickenham, Lakin & Co. They were available and accountable from the start to the end of the whole process of selling and buying….which is a nightmare system, but Dan was supportive and always available. Thanks to all the team!

We've had the pleasure of working with Lakin & Co as my estate agents, and I must say, they truly stand out compared to franchise agents. Being local, they bring a personal touch that you can really feel, making all the difference. Their professionalism and helpfulness are evident in every interaction. What sets them apart is their genuine commitment to doing the best for both landlords and tenants. They've been a lifesaver on numerous occasions, always ready and willing to assist, no matter how trivial our questions may seem. Their responsiveness and respectfulness make them a prime example of how local professionals make a significant difference. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agency.

We have been dealing with Lakin and Co for nearly two years now and I got to say : from securing the flat to management to leaving it the team at Lakin and Co was most helpful , responsive , respectful and patient. Any inquiry we had was dealt with quickly, every fix we needed was sorted to the best of their ability. If I could give more stars I would. Amazing agency I really recommend!

The one and only agent that actually called/emailed me back right away! Chris was so kind, understanding and compassionate. The rental market is crazy votile out there, and it is so good to have someone on your side. In future, I would call Lakin & Co first and foremost for all my rental / housing needs.

I have been a tenant under Lakin and Co now for 3 years and they are very efficient I had to write a review. Any major or minor issue I have had was dealt with urgency and I was never made to feel like a bother. Emma Lakin has been particularly helpful as she will always follow up which means I never have to worry about chasing things up. I would highly recommend this agent for anyone looking!

When we first enquired about a property, Chris was so helpful which is always what you need when you have the stress of searching for somewhere to rent with a dog. We were then shown a property by Andre who was professional and polite and has assisted us from start to finish with our new tenancy which has gone very smoothly. The rest of the team have been nothing but helpful and polite too when not dealing with Chris or Andre

When we found ourselves in tricky situation where we needed to arrange a place for rent withing one day just to make sure we have place to stay once we are back from holiday Lakin & Co went above and beyond to book a viewing within few hours. They kept in touch and updated us about every detail while we were on holiday making sure we are well informed and taken care of. Few days before our move in date, we experienced loss in the family what delayed our return to UK and Agency got in touch with the landlord to postpone move in date within few minutes. On top of it, when we finally collected the keys we received a welcome gift box what was a cherry on the top. I will definitely recommend this agency to everyone I know. Special thanks to Yvonne, Chris and Nicola for being very helpful, quick and professional. The best property agency I have ever been a customer of.

We've been working with Lakin & Co since more than 10 years - we are property owners - and the service and care provided is the best. Our tenants are happy - they stay for years at a time - and we are notified of any issues in a timely manner, with options provided on how to resolve them. True emergencies are managed directly by them to ensure things move quickly, with a report provided right after. We can only speak highly of the team working at Lakin & Co.

My husband and I have just rented a property through Lakin&co and the whole process from the viewing to moving in took only four weeks.. Chris showed us the property and went through each room in excellent detail,he advised us on the process for applying for the property and we were accepted the same day, they kindly let us have the keys two days early as it would have proved difficult to move on Monday . All in all can't fault this business very professional but with a human element about it.

Yvonne worked really hard to get us our first rental property in the country. Efficiently handled all concerns and guided us well. Lakin & Co went through all legit checks and followed required policies, especially Yvonne went above and beyond to help expedite our moving in process. Lakin & Co are reputable and I appreciate all the assistance provided. Many thanks again to Yvonne Muller.

We were fortunate enough to have Lakins as our vendors estate agent. They were very professional and sympathetic with difficulties in the chain lower down and we were always listened to. All the team are very friendly and kept us very well informed including on exchange and completion days which was much appreciated as a personal touch. We would highly recommend the Ickenham office.

I went Lakin as I wanted to try the smaller agent... I also marketed my property with a larger agent. Both were great but James at Lakin worked super hard to get me the tenants I wanted. He has also taken care of any little jobs I needed organising before the tenants move. I would recommend this agent if you want the personal touch and the relaxation of everything being looked after. Thanks for all your help. ReemaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
