GoogleFive stars is not enough for this fantastic company. They found a property for me to rent and have gone over and above the whole way through. A refreshing change to have an estate agent that genuinely cares. Every member of staff who I have come into contact with has been so friendly and helpful, but special thanks go to Chris, Glenn, Lauren and Nicola. You guys are the best ⭐️

GoogleSold a house with Larkin. Having had dealing with them before through rentals. I’ve sold houses before and there always normally a bit of stress. But this time there was absolutely no stress Chriss initial came out and we had a good discussion about price. Chris’s had done his homework. We agreed a price photo’s taken next day and straight on the market. Between us we choose the best buyer who had her mortgage already agreed. From then on molly phoned me every week to let me know how progress was. Even sending emails on my behalf. I couldn’t recommend Chriss and his team enough. GoogleI cannot fault the service of Chris and his team at Lakin and Co. From initial valuation, to listing, sale and then popping in when the house had sold, the service was professional throughout, the team always had time for me. Hard to find this 'personal' level of service around today. I made some suggestions to the rightmove listing which the team willingly updated. The whole sale process was just 3 months, considering Brexit and all - I am wholly impressed!! I will be using Chris and the team again without hesitation. Thank you, NJ

GoogleWhere do i start.... I have two flats with Lakin & Co which they fully manage currently from the time i purchased them back in 2010. I have never once had any issues renting them out or had any problems with any of the flats, until recently where my flat had a water leak from one of the Flats above, the Tenants contacted Lakin & Co and in turn they contacted the Property Management company who were not of any help and brushed it off, saying you would need to call a plumber even though it was stressed to them that the water was coming through the light fittings and the sockets and no one could source the leak. Only the quick thinking from Alanna Moore (Management team) for calling in the Fire services saved all the flats in that block from getting flooded and stopped any harm being caused to anyone. Unfortunately the flats were inhabitable as they were waterlogged and we had to re-home the tenants, which Lakin & Co fully took charge of and kept me updated from looking after the tenants needs to getting the damage re-reimbursed from the management company. I am so grateful to Lakin & Co, especially Alanna Moore who has tirelessly helped me turns things around from my flat not being fit enough to be rented out to getting it rented out in a month. This just showed me that Chris Lakin and his team are the best in the business and i am ever so grateful to them. I would highly recommend Lakin & Co to anyone who is looking for trustworthy, professional and friendly Estate Agent. Once again thank you Chris, Alanna and their whole team for their continued professional service they provide to me. Thanks Khilan

I had been to all agents on the High Street before I come across Lakin & Co and I hadn't even had a call back from any of the previous agents. Michelle and team were absolutely amazing they helped me with everything that I needed from day one. I am a single parent working part time and I was homeless for nearly two years and finally I have somewhere that myself and my children can call home. GoogleThe service provided by Lakin & Co when helping us to rent our first flat was exceptional. They were always there to help us and kept up to date on paperwork and references, etc so that we had a smooth experience and were in our new flat within a week and a half of viewing it! Could not fault them! Everyone we spoke to from Lakin & Co were very professional and committed to their job, especially Katie who was there every step of the way. This made it so much easier and comfortable for us who had not dealt with letting agents before. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWe've been using Lakin & Co since their inception to manage the rental of our flat in Ickenham. We've experience of other agents prior to this, and with the level of service Chris and the team offer, there's no question of us using any other agent to manage our property. What sets them apart is the consistency of the experience top to bottom, with Chris leading by example and his solid team keeping to the same high standards. Extremely professional, courteous at all times, and see matters through with little involvement from ourselves. If we were to purchase additional properties in the area, we wouldn't hesitate to have Lakin & Co manage these for us.

GoogleWe have been using Chris and his team for many years now and are very pleased with the service received. We are overseas landlords, living in the USA. Chris has been managing our property in Uxbridge since it was built. In fact after construction was completed Chris did the walk through and accepted the keys on our behalf. They have successfully acquired tenants for the property in a timely manner. They handle all aspects concerning the property for us and are very prompt in email responses. We have other properties in the London area which we wish Lakin and Co could manage since the letting agents handling these are not as efficient and competent but these are not in areas which they cover. You won't be disappointed in having this company managing any property for you. Top class letting agents!

GoogleThis is a strange review as Lakin didn't actually sell or help me purchase my house/s. Lakin were the Estate Agent who managed the chain. So this review is to say thank you and to tell people how professional, honest and communicative this company is. They are what all Estate Agents should aspire to be. Molly was outstanding and I can honestly say that sales and purchases throughout the chain would not have happened without her hard work. She kept everyone updated and worked to help anyone in the chain however she could. All the team were helpful, as I spoke to Chris and Devon when Molly was not available and they all knew the status. Should I ever need to or want to buy or sell a house again I wouldn't waste any time going elsewhere and just head to Lakin.
