Rollercoaster Journey but Positive Ending

Recently exchanged contracts on a house advertised through Gibbs Gillespie, our journey hasn't been the smoothest but Luca has always kept us updated with the latest information and chased up relevant third parties when required. I hope the need to do this again is a long way off but when the time comes I would happily use Gibbs Gillespie again.

We are very happy with the service we received when looking for a property to rent. We had a wonderful lady called René Miller who accompanied us to view the house we liked. She was extremely professional at all times, very polite and friendly. All questions answered whilst viewing the property. We had regular contact with René throughout the process and she kept us updated at all times. We are now living in our new rented home. Would highly recommend René to assist you in finding your home.

We are extremely lucky to have worked with Mr. Thomas Carroll as our home listing agent. Mr. Carroll and his team (Mr. Tom Furber particularly) are very professional and hardworking- we appreciate it greatly. He has given us very helpful advice about our home and provided a right price for the market. His marketing team has also done a very good job on marketing and staging the home, as well as taking really nice photos and writing amazing descriptions. He puts a lot of attention to detail and is great at communicating with clients effectively, which made selling our home a smooth process. Buying a house through Gibbs

Our experience of buying a house has not been an easy one. We dealt with various Gibbs branches through our search but thankfully landed on the Gerrards Cross branch on our 3rd attempt! James was extremely helpful and accommodating, knowing our working hours made it difficult to view properties during the week he arranged a late afternoon appointment that could work for us. He was open, transparent and helpful. Dominic would regularly check in and offer his support too. The whole process was smooth and timely in the end and as a result, we managed to land our forever home!

We never ever felt more welcome to be a new tenant in a property in our entire rental history (12y). When we visited the property the first time, René Miller showed us around and we realised immediately that was the home we were looking after for so long. She was really supportive and encouraging, which resulted in actually get to go to the referencing process. The whole thing was pretty smooth and fast. We met the landlord few days before the start of the tenancy, and, despite our lack of energy ( recovering from illness), he was very friendly, helpful and informative. We do have today got the keys, and I do not know how to thank more René, Laura, and all the team in Gibbs Gillespie. Thank you very, very much. All the best, P.S. Total waste of time

Wasted my time this morning, booked a viewing for this morning, confirmed over email. Got a call from the agent this morning to confirm, but at a different time 30 mins earlier, which was fine. I then got a call 5 mins before to inform me he was running late, an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. I then went to the property knocked on the door and the occupier told me he was not informed of the viewing and the agent has not showed up.
