I have used Beresfords when I have rented out my property. They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to have very good contractors they can call in at short notice. All in all it’s a very reliable service that gives freedom and peace of mind.

Very poor communication, no calls returned for 2 days and offers being held back to vendors due to lack of staff. We viewed a property with an agent who could not answer any questions . Very disappointed !!! I will certainly not be selling through these guys .

False advertising in zoopla they add a price of 350k and once you start negotiating the price they say they only would accept offers close to 400k.
