GoogleChris West is absolutely brilliant and a rarity in that he has a deep understanding of the mortgage and housing market but also is a really lovely person who 'gets it' - which is so important at what is a really stressful time in your life, especially in a market of ever rising interest rates! No matter what curve balls come throughout the process Chris was responsive, understanding, always looking for alternative ideas, and usually solved them faster than you'd think even possible.

GoogleAfter our initial meeting with Chris from Balgores Upminster we felt that he was highly motivated and we were confident that he would work hard to secure a purchaser for us. Throughout the process Chris was always professional, listened to our requirements for marketing and made suggestions on ways to move forward without pressurising us. Phone calls, emails and messages were always replied to promptly and we felt assured that the team at Upminster were dealing with our sale without having to constantly check with them. A sale was secured within a couple of weeks which was sooner than we had expected. We would highly recommend the team we dealt with - Chris, Abbie & Donna.
