LATEST UPDATE - THE DIRECTORS OF ROWLAND HOMES AND THE DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEE OF HML GUTHRIE HAVE REFUSED A MEETING WITH THE MP OF CONGLETON CHESHIRE TO DISCUSS THE 2 YEAR OLD PLUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DISPUTE WITH THE MEMBERS OF SANDBACH MANAGEMENT COMPANY. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A CONTINUED DISPUTE WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGENT AND THE FORMER/PRESENT DIRECTOR OF OUR COMPANY AND LEGAL ACTION IS BEING CONSIDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE CONTRACTUAL POSITION OF THE MEMBERS SALES CONTRACTS AND THE STATUTORY POSITION OF SECTION 476 OF THE COMPANIES ACT TO HAVE THE ACCOUNTS AUDITED FROM 2013 TO 2017. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAVE BROKEN COMPANY LAW ALONG WITH THE FORMER DIRECTOR OF OUR COMPANY TO HAVE THE ACCOUNTS AUDITED. ALL THE INFORMATION IS FACTUALLY CORRECT. Please note that all Rowland Homes sites offer a Freehold home but there is a management fee charge applicable. Please note that residents have asked the Directors of Rowland Homes and the Director and employee HML Guthrie for our long standing dispute since March 2016 to be referred to an arbitrator as per the special conditions relating to the TP1 part of the contract. The accounts of the management company which are held in trust ending period 31st December 2017 have been compiled by the accountants on the basis of unaudited accounts. The residents have requested that the accounts be AUDITED by a competent accountant as per the TP1 contract. The Directors of Rowland Homes and the Director of HML Guthrie and their employee refuse to appoint an arbitrator to hear the dispute of its members of the company.

In many ways I have been quite happy with our purchase in 2017 and the company offers quite a good customer care package (well on paper anyway). However that has been marred by more recent requests for after sales care, more in terms of the way snagging is now handled. I am glad that we do not have a serious problem as with relatively minor problems, customer care is now proving difficult.

Common areas left in very poor condition drain have a lot of rubble in them, Once houses sold them become unhelpful

When trying to get details of mmgt company on unadopted estate they built very unhelpful and would not assist at all in helping to get details of what it didn’t cover, caused significant stress to my elderly parents by their lack of compassion or understanding

Terrible! Have a sick 8 year old son who has to live with black mold on a 3 year old 250k house! Spent a week asking for help to be ignored. Do not buy!!

Do not buy a home from this company. The build quality is incredibly poor, the products used are poor quality and badly fitted. Customer service is non existent.
