GoogleArvin and his team at Mansell McTaggart provided a very friendly and professional service, with lots of good advice on how best to market our property in a very difficult market. Of the four agents we considered, their valuation was the most realistic and their fee was competitive too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Uckfield Branch - What an awful Estate Agency. Asked to view 2 properties on Saturday morning, told them more than happy to attend without them tagging along and the sales person (male) was anything but helpful. made up so many excuses and totally inflexible or helpful I simply advised that his Vendors should know how bad they are AND I would not bother viewing based on how awful my experience was with him. I sincerely hope potential seller sand buyers heed my warning - why would you turn buyers away? If you are selling ever wondered why you are not getting viewings? Just how low can Estate Agency get?

They were very professional, pro-active and positive, their service exemplary resulting in an offer with 10 days and subsequent sale was smooth and stress free. I have since recommended them to friends who have all had the same outcome, I could not recommend them more highly.

GoogleI am pleased to have chosen Mansell McTaggart Uckfield to sell our house and highly recommend them. They were efficient, professional and motivated throughout the process. I particularly appreciated Trevor's approach to communication which helped steer the process safely through a few sticky points, to completion. GoogleShocking, Sellers Beware! My husband just called to try and arrange two bookings with them for Saturday, only to be told “sorry, too busy” by a very rude male. Because of this, we’ve now lost out, we had buyers for our house and were ready to move forward, but missed out on the properties we really wanted to view as we couldn’t arrange viewings this weekend. Very disappointing experience.

It seems if you have keys to a property you can just invite estate agents to look and they put it up for sale , why would they not check land registry ? , who owns the property ? , what a shambles of a company does this ?

YellHelpful, Professional and Punctual
After several valuations we decided to use Mansell McTaggart Uckfield to sell our house. We were very pleased we did. The team were professional, polite and helpful throughout the process. We were informed of appointments in good time and the team were always punctual. They returned our calls and kept us up to date. Viewers were chased for feedback and viewings were undertaken in a friendly and professional way. When later, things went wrong in our chain (not our agents fault) both Dan and Trevor were very helpful, when we were at times exasperated by the process. They calmed us down and dealt with difficult situations professionally. The sale eventually went through and we had no regrets in using Mansell McTaggart. We felt supported and valued in the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mansell McTaggart Horsham. We Wouldn't use these again. We were rushed through our property Viewing and wasn't given the opportunity to view the Garage and Loft space to see the boiler, but as we liked the property we decided to put in an offer which was £5000 over the entry price. After we submitted a fair offer based on what we saw of the property, the Estate Agents then looked at our financials and tried to instigate a bidding war amongst buyers by claiming that we were £10.000 lower than everyone. This made me sick and I just found it dishonest. They wanted an extra £10.000 on top of the £5.000 we had already offered. We pulled out of the sale and retracted our offer. When asked why I had done this, I told them that I didn't appreciate there sales tactics, to which they replied "it's not sales tactics it the law" which is Actually untrue. They are not legally bound to reveal the other offers, they just don't want to. When you submit your financials to these swindlers, they will use them against you and try to pressure you into using all of your mortgage amount. It is already very difficult if you are a first time buyer, trying to stump up a deposit and now also the Stamp Duty. These people do not care about this, they are only interested in there commission and how much of your money they can get. Disgusting behaviour. Furthermore I posted this review on Trustpilot and Google and when the Director of the Horsham branch saw it, he posted his reply and purposely posted our identities' out of spite breaching GDPR. When we asked him to remove our names he flat out refused. I deleted the review and reposted it. ICO have been informed.

GoogleCallum, Uckfield branch, handled our purchase exactly how you’d want an estate agent to: efficient, clear, and straight to the point. He kept everything moving, communicated directly, and dealt with any issues calmly and professionally. The whole process felt well managed from start to finish. I’d happily recommend him.
