The customer service from selling my home with Mansell Mctaggart was exceptional. They called or emailed feedback after each viewing and even called to say when they couldn't secure feedback. It made the process enjoyable and stress free

GoogleHighly recommend. Daniel worked tirelessly to give us the best experience. We had previously been on the market with freeman foreman and peter oliver which were both disappointing. Mansell McTaggart are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.
Thank you very much, Joanne for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback. It's been our absolute pleasure to have been of service to you and we wish you all the very best. Have a wonderful Christmas :) Arvin and the team.

TrustpilotDisappointing experience with Haywards…
Disappointing experience with Haywards Heath branch as a potential buyer of a property that they were selling/managing. Substandard communication throughout the entire process from start to finish with us regularly chasing for updates which was massively elongated due to the sellers 'changing their minds' after we had, had our offer accepted, engaged a solicitor and paid for searches to be completed on the property. The entire situation could have been avoided if the sellers were onboarded correctly with Mansell Mc Taggart to ensure that they were 100% certain about marketing and selling their property. Make sure you get everything formalised in writing to protect yourself should anything go wrong like it did in our situation.

GoogleThe whole team at Mansell McTaggart have been so efficient, professional and approachable. We chose them to sell my late parents bungalow in Uckfield as we had used them before. We live 200 miles away so that was a challenge in itself. The team were all so helpful and kept us updated throughout the process, we highly recommend them!
Thank you very much, Vicki for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback; it's really appreciated :) Our absolute pleasure to have been of service and we wish you all the very best!

GoogleHaving initially had issues due to our seller turning out to be employee of the firm we found our dream house. Trevor was honest straight up and our purchase went thru just 4 weeks later than initially estimated, under the circumstances this was always going to be a challenge but nonetheless we exchanged.

TrustpilotExcellent support and communication
We had a few different agents from the Storrington and Billingshurst branches dealing with our sale. Unsure if we definitely wanted to sell, we took things slowly and were supported initially with a soft sell approach. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, listening and supporting us whilst we explored options. Once we found our buyer we were supported throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mansell Mctaggart. Thank you everyone.

GoogleTerrible experience, specifically with estate agent Daniel. We made an initial low offer on a property and were told by Daniel, upon making the offer that the sellers definitely wouldn’t be accepting it. We knew the initial offer was low and we had the intention of raising our offer as required to secure the property, however, we never heard back from Daniel or anyone else at mansell mctaggart. The only update we got was when we looked on zoopla and saw the house had been taken off the market. This makes me question whether Daniel ever actually submitted our offer to the seller as required. Incredibly disappointing. Would wholeheartedly not recommend. Felt shady and dishonest. From then on, in our property search we actively avoided any property listed by mansell mctaggart.

TrustpilotAfter getting our house valued last…
After getting our house valued last year, we decided not to sell and informed the team in the Horsham branch back in July we were not interested in selling and we would be in touch if things changed. Since then, emails, missed calls even blocking a number still getting hounded every other week! Seriously un professional and definitely when we do sell they won’t be the estate agent of choice!

TrustpilotGreat estate agent
This was the 2nd estate agent we tried to sell our house with. The service was great the team are so friendly and knowledgeable they worked really hard to sell our house and were always available by phone and email if we needed to contact them. I wish I’d used them in the first place but going forward I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommended them to others.
