Mansell McTaggart Uckfield very much helped me at my lowest point in life. When my parents moved abroad, I had no choice but to find a place with the assistance of Wealden and Universal Credit...and to some, this does not have the makings of a good tenant. But Brian very much took a chance with me and as a result I am in a much better position than I was before. Any issues with the property I rented were immediately resolved and Mansell McTaggart maintained excellent communication between myself and the landlord, removing all stress. The frequent reminders by text were also beneficial as it meant I did not miss a month's rent. Thank you Mansell McTaggart Uckfield and thank you Brian especially!

Mansell McTaggart were the third estate agent we worked with during our sale, and honestly, we only wish we’d gone with them from the start. From the moment they took over, the difference was clear. Communication was consistent, proactive and genuinely reassuring, rather than reactive or vague. We always knew what was happening and felt fully supported through every stage of the process. What stood out most was that they truly acted in our best interests. There was a level of care and integrity that’s rare in this market, and it made a huge difference during what has been a challenging time to sell. Tom George, in particular, led the process with absolute professionalism. Calm, responsive and completely on top of things, he made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable. There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am to the Mansell McTaggart team - a particularly big thanks to Greg who was so incredibly helpful. From our very first viewing of the property until the moment we received the keys, the team were on hand to answer any questions we had. Their communication is excellent, we never struggled to get hold of them and received prompt responses throughout, with regular check ins both via emails and telephone calls. Greg provided us with answers to the many questions that we had on the process and was the calm voice of reason through some stressful times (despite this being no fault of Mansell’s!) It is very clear that the team are genuinely passionate about what they do and want to making the moving process as seamless and stress free as possible. This is something we really did appreciate. A friendly and accommodating team

We have just bought a house through Mansell McTaggart Storrington. Joanna, Mark and the team have been great. They have been our faithful advocates through a lengthy process, and genuinely shared our delight and relief when it all finally came good. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because we were relocating some distance, and to start with they seemed slightly bemused by us wanting subsequent visits to the house when we were in the area (sometimes at quite short notice, to be fair!). This is probably applicable to many estate agents - buyers need more than 15 minutes in a house to make the purchase of a lifetime! But I don't want that to detract from a good review overall - we soon became friends and they accommodated many a visit, as well as visits from tradespeople and keeping an eye on the house while it was empty - so they went above and beyond in the end. Buying and selling a house is not for the faint hearted and I was very close to giving up on selling my house, but Mansell and McTaggart in Hove came through when it really mattered.
