FacebookI have used Chase Holmes for a 'tenant find' service, and more recently for the sale of a property. Both times the service was excellent - tenant found quickly, and sale achieved quickly after several viewings. Highly recommend them and would definitely use again. Every single staff member I spoke to in various phone calls was on the ball - superb local knowledge, positive attitude, attention to detail, and so pleasant.

The team were efficient at getting our property on the market and advertised our home well. They have regularly kept us up to date with the progress of our sale. I would have no hesitation recommending Chase Holmes.

Facebook10/10 again for the girls at South Shields. 2nd time we've dealt with Chase and had Heather looking after us during both moves. Fantastic communication keeping us updated every step of the way and really went the extra mile. Couldn't fault the service and would highly recommend to anyone in the future

3 weeks ago I had a offer accepted on a property. All necessary paperwork was forwarded for acceptance, still no Sold sign! We've heard every excuse in the book. If they were a decent outfit they should donate all profits to charity!
