I have been renting a flat through Snellers for 1 year now and I am generally happy with my overall experience apart from a few little things. I must highlight the brilliant customer service received from Sophie Sheppard though. She is very professional On one occasion I lost my patience and my cool which was not good. It wasn't her fault but she handled it very professionally and gracefully and still helped me fully to resolve the issue. I had to apologise after. She has always sorted all my problems out efficiently so well done Sophie ! Snellers and your management are lucky to have you Finn McClean

GoogleWe just had a premium experience in the house valuation with Snellers. After viewing the property, Kristopher, the sales director from Snellers Twickenahm, provided us with the print outs of many inspiring recent selling cases in the nearest area, brought us much confidence in the value of our property. We also received good honest advice on whether any building work may increase the house value. This helped us avoided any unnecessary spending. There are also much information on what services we will receive from Snellers if we go ahead with the selling. The overall experience is over our expectation.

Snellers Teddington have been excellent all throughout our tenancy. We have dealt with numerous agents at Snellers, including Josh, Bethany, Amy and Ayca, and each and every time we have had excellent service from them.Our main contact throughout our tenancy was with Josh Moody who managed any property issues that arose with efficiency and always kept in touch throughout the works that were taking place until they had been done to everyone's satisfaction.I highly recommend Snellers Teddington for their professionalism and personable attitude, and for all the support they have provided, starting from our time searching for a rental property through to the final few weeks of our tenancy. Snellers estate agents have been managing my property for approximately 5 years and the level of service has been amazing. When there was a major issue with my flat it was Sophie Sheppard who delivered what I can only describe as going above and beyond for me, dealing with incredibly incompetent people plus organising the insurance payments I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Sophie I don’t know what I would of done. I would highly recommend Snellers.

Sophie and Bethany have been a brilliant support to my husband and I whilst in a 7 year let in a property they manage.Initially we were given a designated agent to contact and that seemed to change all the time. But in recent years Sophie and Bethany have been managing the lets and things have greatly improved, due to that consistency of care. Sophie in particular has been great - she knows us now and the quirks of the Victorian property itself and the ins-&-outs such a period property can have. Sophie has never left us in limbo and has always moved on things quickly and helped our landlady keep this Victorian lady still standing & comfortable.As lifelong renters we have experienced many ups and downs with agencies, but Snellers has by far and away been the best we’ve had. If we weren’t moving out of the area, we would have looked to move into another of their managed properties going forward, as a result of the service and support we’ve received as renters. Consistency and good support are rare in letting agencies, but Sophie & Bethany & their team have managed it consistently for us in our time as their tenants.
