GoogleVery good service selling our shared ownership property with foxtons. Michael was always very professional and we had great communication with him throughout the selling process. He was able to arrange many viewings for our property and got helpful feedback from them. Once we accepted an offer, Jazz was very dedicated, doing everything she could to help us and make sure the sale would go through.

GoogleI switched to Foxtons after having no success with another local estate agent. From the very beginning I felt like I had made the right decision. Two days after my property marketing went live I had an offer and seven weeks later we completed - it was a seamless transaction. Michael Owen was my main contact and I must commend him on two things. 1) great communication, always keeping me updated and offering advice and 2) going above any beyond, such as ensuring the buyer could still obtain the keys as we neared lockdown. Excellent service overall. My only regret with Foxtons, that I didn't change to them sooner!

GoogleUnfortunately not a good experience in the end. I was originally told 1.5% fees by the branch manager, then later was told they would also refund the money I’d spent with an online agent. I signed the contract for 8weeks, then was told the refund is only available for customers on a 2.5% fee. During viewings, one agent broke my summerhouse door and left it wide open, because of the damage it leaked and I had to pay for a repair. Another agent brought a potential buyer round and walked crap everywhere and then tried to blame it on me. My pet cam also recorded her telling a buyer that I was going through a ‘difficult separation’ which is not true and is fairly embarrassing. Telling lies to try to sell a place isn’t very professional. After the eight weeks was up I told them I wasn’t continuing with the advert and asked for my keys back and the entire team ghosted me. The manager replied a few days later promising my keys back today and I haven’t received them. It’s a very different attitude when you don’t want to work with them anymore.

GoogleI was very satisfied with the service provided by Foxtons .. the contact person Deborah Abreu was always helpful and understood our requirements well. She lined up the property viewings according to our requirements and specifications and also accomodated our last minute delays/requests especially with our little one ... the number of properties that we viewed with Foxtons was also high compared to some other agents we also contacted. Overall they are definitely the agents I would personally use and recommend when/if we need to search for properties again. Divya

GoogleDebora at Foxtons Twicken really took the time to know what I wanted from my property search and guided me to a property to not only suit my needs but more importantly find it in my desired area. The sales representivive went out of her way to answer my concerns and questions (even when on holiday) and on her own intuition chased my solicitors and the vendor for a smooth and quick transaction. I would definately use Foxtons again if I decide to move! I am so exciting to get into my home and owe a massive thanks to Debora!

GoogleHaving suddenly found myself in a position to relocate 2 of my employees from the current property they were in, Oliver was just fantastic! We need to move really quickly and within a week, we found somewhere, made a deal, the lovely landlord furnished it, contracts were signed and I have 2 very happy boys with a lovely apartment in the heart of Twickenham which ticks all the boxes. Oli was really great at communicating and I really could not have asked for more from him. Well Done Oli and Foxtons :)

GoogleAdam helped us in the sale of our late brother's property. He advised us very professionally throughout the whole process. At the start, enabling us to choose an appropriate solicitor and explaining things for us when we needed to make key decisions. Towards the end of the conveyancing, we were particularly challenged by an unexpected offer. He was able to calmly explain the pros and cons and enable us to make a key decision. The other staff assisting Adam were always polite and kept us informed regarding viewings and feedback following them.

GoogleExcellent work by Foxtons selling our house in Twickenham. We had a marathon experience trying to keep a long chain intact through all sorts of problems. I cannot praise Adam highly enough. His persistence, experience, and reliable advice kept everything going and was instrumental in ensuring we finally got where we wanted. I say this completely independently. I know Foxtons can seem expensive. But you get what you pay for. In our chain, Foxtons were the only “real” estate agents involved - the others were all internet estate agents like Purple Bricks, who ended up doing next to nothing once the sale price had been agreed. So in effect Adam was responsible for pushing all parties in the chain through the whole process of instructing solicitors, conducting searches, arranging surveys, renegotiating sale prices, getting quotes for remedial work, setting exchange dates, chasing fund transfers, etc, etc. But for Adam’s hard work, our sale would certainly have taken many, many months longer, and more likely would have fallen through entirely. He and Foxtons earned every penny of their commission.

Very well organised and he takes a keen interest in the property to make sure he understands all of the aspects so that he can martlet it effectively. Always well turned out, I am confident in Alan and the team’s ability to represent my house. First class experience and I recommend them.

GoogleI would like to thank Manu Khanna at Foxton's Twickenham for his hard work and diligence in selling my flat. After 2 previous prospective buyers pulled out a third buyer was found quickly and when problems arose with this buyer, Manu negotiated an agreement between us which enabled the purchase to be completed with no further problems. I was kept up to date with progress and all communications were friendly and professional.

GoogleI have booked a valuation for my property. I had to drive 40 mins to get there. I waited for 15 mins for Foxtons representatives to show up. I have tried to contact them, and apparently they have forgotten. We are all human being and we can do mistake. Understandable, I said I can spare another 45 mins to wait for someone to come and still couldn't even do the right thing and send someone. I will never use them again. I strongly don't recommend them, based only on the attitude working there. I have waisted around 2 hours during my working hours days, and all what they can say is sorry. They think people's time is not important. Very poor customer service.
