I can't speak highly enough of Foxtons Richmond & Twickenham, especially Alan Groom. I had the pleasure of working with Alan nearly for a year. His service was above and beyond my expectations. He was extremely kind, caring, helpful and highly professional. He was very communicative and let me know immediately if a suitable property became available. Alan is an indispensable asset to Foxtons! I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service! Our experience with Faid from Foxtons was excellent from start to finish and we are very pleased we had him as our agent. He showed a high level of professionalism, patience, understanding and availability. He listened and immediately understood the kind of property we were looking for and suggested the best options for us. Faid was great at keeping us updated and also giving us his experienced advice. He was present and easy to contact throughout all the process of getting the flat, extremely helpful and responsive with all questions. We hadn’t expected the search process to be this easy, fast and smooth. We had a very professional yet warm and friendly service. Thank you Faid! You are a gem! Thank you Foxtons! Aneta

I worked with Naz to find suitable properties in the Twickenham/ Richmond/Hounslow area. Once we worked out what was my kind of property style (rental) she was able to help find suit ones to view. My circumstances changed half way through the hunting process and while I have paused for the moment, I will be leaning on Naz for recommendations in the future.

Just exchanged contracts to sell my house via Foxtons Twickenham. At every step Foxtons and the Branch Manager Francis performed excellently, from managing the viewings, securing the offer, managing the onward purchase process too. Everything was quick and efficient. Thank you also to Jasmine who secured the initial offer.

My spouse and I embarked on a two-year-long property purchase journey, and throughout this entire process, Alan Groom was an absolute gem. From day one, he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring we find the right property. Alan genuinely had our best interests at heart, and it was evident in every interaction we had with him. He didn't treat us like just another client; he treated us like friends. Alan truly had willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs and exceed our expectations. 100% recommend Alan for anyone going through their buying journey. Thank you mate.

Shanice Miller from Foxtons helped my wife and me find our dream house in Isleworth in just one day. She was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Also Margot Redpath, the manager, was also very supportive. Shanice efficiently handled all the paperwork, assessments, and referencing processes through Let Alliance. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly give Foxtons 5 stars for their outstanding service & I'm gonna leave a 5 star review on Trustpilot & Yelp. Muhammad Umair Naeem

Never ever trust the Foxton team. Nearly one year after I requested to refund of £500 which I paid for purchasing a flat, and still I haven't gotten my money back. They said the developer won't pay me back. If you are not professional and you don know which developer you need to work why did you put us in the dirty game? Thank God I choose another real estate agency to buy my flat. Please run away from Foxton. The postcode of the property is TW13 5AF,

Katie Fairchild is an absolute help. She personally took care of our requirement for getting the right accommodation and has proactively reached out to us everyday with all the permutations and combinations to work out for us in the world of scarcity, it felt like she was serious with her job and understands the feeling of not having a permanent home. This is what I was expecting from Someone to help us since we are new and first timers here and she felt like a friend and family to us. Kudos to the hard work of Katie Fairchild and hoping to meet you someday in person to thank you for the same. 🙂 Foxtons has proved why they are the no 1.

Had a great experience with Nazneen who is a lovely person and goes above and beyond to ensure you find a property you like. She takes time to understand what you need and puts your needs first, even working on weekends. The videos she made and sent me of properties were extremely detailed so as to get a holistic perspective of the area and the property. She even makes the extra effort to find out which transport links are close by and even gave me exact bus numbers! I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Foxtons and Nazneen in particular when you’re looking for your next home!

Highly Recommend! Sold my flat with Michael and his team, and from my first meeting with Michael to value my flat, all the way through to the final day of completion, could not have wished for a better service. The whole team were very professional and courteous, and importantly very proactive, handling the full process with the utmost professionalism. Their use of technology also made the whole process much simpler.

Please be very aware before renting with Foxtons. Do not use this agents as they do not care about their tenants. I have moved to a house paying £2500 and the garden is flooded due to the toilet drainage being broken extremely blocked overflowing everything I flush down the toilet into the garden. The smell is so bad that it covers 4 other houses with the problem. I spoke to Michael Patcha as first contact and he was completely careless and kept ignoring the problem and I was then asked to speak to Eleanor Reeve who keeps telling me that all she cares about is rent and that she has nothing to do with a garden flooded with bodily fluids, flies and a horrible smell knowing this is also a managed property. A lady called Lauren Manuel came to the property as policy stated they have to check all managed properties every year, so far she said she would call us back as she saw the problem but we have had no communication at all with anyone since. I have sent emails which get ignored, I have called and been neglected. I have very young children at home that I would like them to use the garden as it is the main reason I chose the house but sadly everything I flush down the toilet goes to the Garden therefore I can’t even open the windows as the smell and flies will come in. Please avoid this agency at all cost.

We recently sold our property through Foxtons Twickenham. From the very beginning we were impressed with their professionalism and commitment. Michael Owen and his team ensured that everything proceeded smoothly. Manu Khanna was absolutely amazing. Very dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working. He oversaw everything and handled everything professionally and calmly. He went above and beyond and worked tirelessly with all involved to resolve any issues that came up. For me what made it different is that they recognised that our property was unique in its design and features and therefore achieving a higher sale price was possible. All the other agents failed to recognise this. We would be delighted to work with Foxtons Twickenham again.

A huge thanks to Jazz, will not be sitting in my first and brand new home to type down this review without her. Jazz has demonstrated excellent customer service and what I learnt from her is to never give up. I went through a really lengthy and painful time to purchase my first home and a deal that broke down at the end (with another agency), during this time Jazz has checked in regularly and always kept me posted to let me know there are other options to consider as a backup plan - which turned out to be the key for me to finally nail this deal in a snap. Would highly recommend to anyone who are looking to buy or sell, great agency with a lot of resources, professional agents, amazing customer service and most importantly, the first hand information of the new properties that come onto the market.
