I sent my daughter to view a property on our behalf. We live in Worcester and are hoping to relocate to this area for health reasons. She was greeted by a delightful young lady called Aoife. My daughter made us aware of any concerns she had about the suitability of this flat to our needs (my husband has mobility problems) Aoife couldn’t have been more helpful. On a follow up phone call with her I found her honest and helpful. She took on board the difficulties the flat might pose to us and took time to look into them. She then let us know that she accepted that this flat might not be the best match for us and told us she would do her very best to find somewhere more suited to our needs. We recently sold our house with Dexters Twickenham and recommend them highly. They impressed us from the start when Barry came for our valuation. On appointing them, he brought the whole team to see the house so they knew our property intimately and were best able to sell it on our behalf. The whole experience was excellent at every stage. They were very professional, but also personable. I dealt with most of the team throughout, but mainly with George and Anastasia leading up to the offer, then with Annie and Nina once the offer was accepted. Buying a house is not easy. Dexters were the seller’s estate agent and therefore represented their clients, but they were open to ideas, negotiation and were very good at listening to our red lines. Without their openness I doubt the purchase would have got to a conclusion. Throughout the process they arranged access to the property, whenever it was appropriate.
