GoogleFirst time buyer; I had the smoothest buy you could of had. Communication was grand with a friendly tone, I happily asked all my stupid questions and they were all happily answered and done very quickly! I never had to chase to get an answer so I knew the inns and outs of what to expect. Great work from Lauren Clarke.

GoogleTo be clear I am writing this review as a business owner dealing with this company to progress legal matters. This company fails on every level. Today I rang to chase a reply to an email sent to Analise 10 days ago to progress a legal matter. I'm an existing client. The receptionist advised that Analise was off, to which I asked if she'd been off for 10 days.. to be advised 'no'. To which I asked to be put through to her team as perhaps she,d passed the work on. To be told that they are all working at home and uncontactable. Incredulous I was then told that calls can't be tfr. The quality of the output of this team is dire and previous complaints have not been dealt with .. they simply ignored the complaint in breach of rules. . Clients go elsewhere! This company is the dregs
