GoogleOur first impression of this estate agent was OK but not great. When we first viewed the property we ended up purchasing the estate agent didn't seem overly engaged or knowledgeable about the property; it seemed that they were only interested in telling us that there was already an offer on the house.
However, after that experience, I believe we dealt with someone else for putting in the offer and liaising for everything else, which was a much better process. Wood and Pilcher were generally friendly and responsive throughout. They remained engaged throughout the whole process which was reassuring and made the process a little less nerve-wracking.

Two staff from wood and pilcher came out who loved it and really belived they could get £50,000 more than the other agents valuations. It eventually went to sealed bids and l got £62,000 more than the other agents thought and the sales process was so smooth that they were pushing me . GooglePolite but hugely disappointed to be completely refused any viewings of properties on the Local market until I had sold (under offer) my current property.
Clearly this upsets traditional timelines and adds huge pressure to a buyer but there we go - no choice but to accept their restrictions which feel out of balance. Blamed covid but this felt very disingenuous.

FacebookThe property that my partner and i moved into a month back has had issues with the toilet fittings and balcony doors which still have not been rectified despite innumerable calls. The property has a pre locked security system that still has the old tenents passcode etc and requires a visit from the technician which surprisingly we are being asked to pay for.
Would never recommend the agency to anyone!
