In what was a tricky and drawn out move process, Rachael (and Emma in Rachael’s absence) of Wards was a shining light and the only true professional we worked with throughout the process. I don’t think we would have made it without her support. We are truly grateful in Rachael’s assistance in getting us into our home.

This was our first home and wards of kent, Gillingham branch made our experience so wonderful and memorable . They were thoughtful and never leaving a gap, there was always someone to speak to and they did an amazing job in following up with both us and our solicitors . Sally's knowledge of the area is second to none, and we were really appreciative of the time she took to show us round several of their listed properties. Ashley Taylor came to value our property recently and we wanted to acknowledge his professionalism and courteous manner. His in-depth knowledge of selling properties and the current market really helped us to understand the process. We are also extremely impressed by the marketing report and calculated costs of moving provided. GoogleJulie showed me around the house first and has been exceptionally helpful throughout the process. Very responsive when calling/emailing, and very nice to speak with. She has a great sense of humour and knows a lot about her profession. I went back a few times to view the property at different times and had a few different people come and let me in. They were all very helpful and very nice to talk too with some great advise of the local area. I would most certainly use wards again, not only do they have the best for sale signs but they also have amazing, helpful staff 😊😊😊😊😊

After the sale of the property l experienced a complete lack of communication and empathy from.the agent. Despite repeated attempts to get assistance. They failed to contact the seller after collecting their commission. Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional showing no willingness to support or resolve outstanding issues. Overall the service provided was below expexmctation and l would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a a reliable and responsible agent.
