Wards made selling my house an incredibly smooth transition. In particular, Honi and Maria were exceptional, warm, engaging, and truly understanding of my situation. They were always available for both big and small questions, and I genuinely valued their support throughout. I couldn’t have done it without their calm, caring approach. GoogleOver a year ago we met with Giles and was instantly impressed with how he presented himself and the company. So we dropped off the keys with the staff at the paddock wood offices all knowing that it was going to be a while waiting for probate. Over a year later we were getting closer to probate being granted to we got in touch with the office to be informed that Giles was no longer part of that office and Gemma was the new contact. I would just like to thank Gemma and her team as they have been fantastic from start to finish and have been very accommodating and helpful considering I live far away from the property that I was selling. She has also helped in contacting the tenants promptly and getting back to me, so that arrangements could be made to get new windows fitted as soon as possible.

GoogleWe didn’t sell through this estate agent and we hope we don’t need to…if it is the forever home we hope for. However as cheesey as it might sound, if we did sell our new place any time soon we would recommend Wards, Paddock Wood highly. Debbie Ludgate is an asset to the team and helped us navigate through the process as the purchasers, from start to finish and the personal congratulations call on exchange date topped it 110% over our own estate agents 5% obligatory effort by email which is probably the 3rd time we heard from him in a year. Selling your home is only the first part, but bringing it all together and joining up the dots for all parties to a successful chain is what makes these guys a cut above the rest. From a buyers perspective we couldn’t have asked for more, having been through the disappointment of collapsed chains, a years worth of disappointment and weeks of no meaningful updates. From STC through to exchange we’ve been well informed, advised with good direction to make best progression with true sincerity and genuine interest. Thank you Debbie and team.

GoogleI’ve had a very positive experience buying a property with wards. From the start Julie was attentive supportive and responsive, she was able to find me the perfect home which exceeded my expectations. All correspondence is professional and she is on hand for any questions queries no matter how big or small. In comparison to competing estate agents she listened to my criteria and advised/sent properties accordingly. This made it a stress free experience as I knew she had seen my vision. I cant thank her enough for finding my first home. Dealing with the mortgage side of the branch, Nick has also been fantastic at explaining everything to me, ensuring that I understand what I’m going into, communicating efficiently and ensuring candour at all times. I have felt very trusting and he has been on hand to answer any questions or confusion. Nick made sure I didn’t feel like a number or sale which helped in choosing to continue with his services.

There were several problems with the chain and Becky, Tina, Alex, David and Claire from Wards were all absolutely brilliant and helped to sort out all the issues. We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.
