Becky Card looked after our sale. She was competent, straightforward and professional, and very much on our case, working hard to get viewings. Becky communicated frequently throughout, gave us realistic advice and enabled us to achieve 98% of our asking price. We were also impressed with the viewing assistants who were knowledgeable about the house and able to provide accurate answers to viewers, and to the office team who inspired confidence that any required actions would be taken. Having dealt with many estate agents I particularly appreciated Savills' lack of waffle, excuses, or pressure to accept low offers. They delivered highly efficiently. Our house was marketed quickly and efficiently. Savills produced an attractive brochure and advertised the property such that several potential buyers came to view. Due to circumstances outside the control of ourselves and Savills the transaction took much longer than anticipated but they kept our buyer engaged. Communication was always very good, both by email and telephone conversations.
