Savills Tunbridge Wells Estate Agency I found to be a highly professional, active and responsive branch of Savills . I was the buyer of a property they were marketing ,and over the 6 months it took to achieve the purchase ,I can honestly say if it had not been for the prompt and responsive communication I experienced I would have walked away . Mike Churchill , my key contact , could not have been more supportive and his ability to communicate with all parties exceptional. Endless patience, rapid response, calm and professional manner he is the entire reason that the transaction concluded. Natasha Selbie was there to help when Mike was away and was also very helpful and professional. The impression I have is that the branch is well run and highly competent. Whether I was buying ,selling , or needing any other property services , my recent experience means Savills Tunbridge Wells would be my first choice.

I can honestly say that our house move wouldn't have gone through without the above sole efforts of Natasha Selbie at Savills Tunbridge Wells. She found us buyers we know a local high street agent wouldn't have found and when our sale and purchase became a long, drawn out process (through no fault of Savills) Natasha stepped up and held everything together for us, for months. We were fully appraised of what was going on and when, which was reassuring when solicitors were complicating things. She handled everything professionally and clearly had a lot of experience, even managing ultimatums from other areas of the chain with a calmness and confidence that reassured us. We've worked with multiple estate agents over the years, but Natasha was exemplary. We'd never hesitate to use Savills again. Savills gave us champagne once we'd move, but I'd say Natasha deserves it more than us!

Sell your house with Savills and Natasha Selbie. Specifically, Natasha Selbie. She is excellent. Throughout the marketing and conveyancing of our beloved (now ex) home she was pragmatic, diligent, organised, kind, warm, empathetic, laser focused, diplomatic, professional and adaptable. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. It was a long road from listing to completion (through no fault of Savills) and there’s no one we would have rather had by our side than Tash. We never intend to move again but I would recommend her to everyone. We had four estate agents out to value our property and Tash was the only one who talked about the impact of macroeconomics, the upcoming Chancellor’s budget and anticipated market price sensitivity. Appointing her was an easy choice and for almost 9 months she proved that it was the right one. Truly an incredible professional. If only all estate agents were like her!

I would thoroughly recommend Savills. This is the second time I’ve sold a property through them and their marketing and sales are exceptional. Natasha was fantastic - very positive, professional and her advice to partially stage the empty property was inspired - I’m firmly of the opinion that this, together with the excellent brochure and enthusiastic sales team, was instrumental in selling the property which previous agents had failed to do.
