Maddison’s were quite simply superb. From the day the offer was accepted to the day of completion Maddison’s were attentive, insightful and leveraged an experienced team to provide seamless support to the entire chain where, they exceeded expectations at every stage. Thank you.

View AgentsDeborah and her team are excellent at handling property - and people!
Maddisons have been very helpful at every stage of what turned out to be a difficult and tortuous relocation process. They handled everything well at the start, but came into their own in putting pressure on the bottom of the chain, managing our vendor and keeping us informed/reassured. Because of the delays, the chain nearly collapsed on several occasions. Maddisons come out of this with great credit. Our own agent was particularly unhelpful in this respect. We would wholeheartedly recommend Maddisons and wish they could have been our agent. In our search to buy in Tunbridge Wells, we dealt with several local agents and found Maddisons the best. They always go the extra mile.

View AgentsAn agency that looks after their buyers too
We bought our current house through Maddison's and were extremely impressed by their professionalism and consideration. They were firm in holding out to sealed bids for the seller, and despite not wanting that situation as a buyer, we appreciated that they were managing the situation well for the seller. Once our offer was accepted, they were helpful in moving the process along and went the extra mile to ensure the house was cleared ready for completion. They worked hard to ensure the new house was ready for us to move into and arranged the house clearance to save us the headache afterwards. They were also very pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process. We will use them if we ever decide to sell!

Maddisons have been first class in every step of the purchase process. Unlike other agents, everyone I have dealt with in the team has been friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. They stand out from other agents.
Thank you so much Sally for such a wonderful testimonial. We aim to please and it is so wonderful when we learn we have! With very best wishes from us all here at Maddisons.

View AgentsExtremely professional, thorough and hard working
Throughout a very difficult and protracted sale I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness and hard work of the team at Maddisons. They kept the chain moving, spotted and resolved potential delays early and made sure that the sale went through. Without their energy and determination I'm not sure my purchase would ever have reached completion. I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

I have never come across an estate agency that I have been truly happy with until now. Maddison’s went above and beyond what was required and I can’t recommend them enough.

View AgentsExcellent service from Deborah and Milly throughout my purchase.
It is some years since I purchased a property and I had the feeling that Maddisons cared for the purchaser as much as the vendor.
