We purchased through Deborah Richards at Maddison's on a relocation to Kent from the South West.
We were kept updated and informed throughout the whole process and Deborah did all she could to take the expected stress of moving out of the equation or sharing " normal " moving experiences .
In the end I would like to say that I felt Deborah has become a trusted friend , acting most definitely for her client but managing everybody in the chain , and ours was a protracted purchase . Thank you Deborah and Maddisons , you really were and are amazing .

Deborah from Maddisons was exceptional to deal with throughout the entire process. I was buying the property from Maddison's client and Deborah facilitated negotiations excellently, looking after her client but also being fair and reasonable to me the buyer.
Knowledge of the property and surround area was impressive as was the handover process and after sale care.
I have no hesitation is recommending Maddison's to others and will certainly be using them when we decide to move.

From walking in to the Pantiles branch to make an enquiry, to completion, Maddison's fulfilled every promise made. Rarely if at all will an Estate Agent do exactly what they promise but within a week I had a viewing and subsequently a sale.
