We agreed a listing price.
Next day Andy, sent me a new valuation £20,0000 lower than agreed valuation and on top, he dictated that he would reduce the price every 2 weeks by £5,000 without sellers consent.
Housesmart fees 1% plus vat, that's £3000, they only do online app, where the customer takes responsibility for viewing and feedback.
They don't want to take calls or be mithered by customers.
The description of my property didn't meet compliance in terms of valid certificate or proof.
I had to stop the sale.
I called Andy and advised him not to proceed.
You need to think very carefully before using this company who has only 18 properties on the market.
