Direct reviewsBelvoir have been a fantastic lettings agent to us. We have been renting for the last 24 years through lettings agents and more recently 5 or six years I think through Belvoir and have nothing but praise for the team. If we have had a problem with our property, they have arranged quickly and efficiently the repairs to be fixed within a few days. They have been excellent communicators, liaising with our landlord when needed. They have been kind and considerate to our needs as tenants. They are just a lovely Company to deal with and are highly recommended.

Direct reviewsBelvoir have been efficient and transparent. When there is a problem they let me know what's happened and how it will be fixed. I particularly appreciate Simon Reid who keeps me informed of any issues and actions taken or proposed, rather than asking me what to do, which I really appreciate. It is rare that Simon takes more than a day to complete an important action.

GoogleWe have let our property with Belvoir for 2 years and have found the service excellent. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient - tenants say this too - and have good systems to make sure legal requirements are kept up to date. Property inspection reports are thorough but concise and clear. Highly recommended.
