GoogleCalled around lots of letting agents and Georgie was the first one who took the time to explain to me (haven't rented for years) how the system works. Ended up finding a property through Georgie and both she and Lauren turned out to be very efficient, helpful and on the ball throughout. 5 stars deserved.

GoogleOutstanding estate agent. And that's hard to find. My family and I moved from Hertfordshire so we signed up to quite a few estate agent's and Ashton burkinshaw was fantastic. Immy and Alana (little bit more Immy) were fantastic. Very helpful, very understanding, even gave us ideas on furniture layout and when the landlord disappeared, they kept us in the loop daily. When we buy again next we'll definitely be going back.

GoogleAshton Burkinshaw provided an excellent service when putting my flat up for rent again. They were prompt and efficient in their processes advertising my property and vetting applicants. Within just a day of advertising they had secured a tenant and within the week had confirmed all paperwork meaning there has been very little gap between tenants. I thoroughly recommend Ashton Burkinshaw if you have a property to rent out

GoogleI have used Ashton Burkinshaw, Tunbridge Wells, to let my brother's property for the past four years. They are always helpful, professional and friendly and happy to advise me of what needs to be done when I don't know or forget! It's a let-only basis as I manage the property for my brother, but I can highly recommend Tom, Darren and the rest of the team if you need to find good tenants.
