GoogleAlexandre Boyes has been the rental and managing agent for my property in Tunbridge Wells for the last six years. They have provided the highest possible service both in finding long term, stable tenants and also in managing the day to day issues that crop up with properties. As an overseas landlord I am totally dependent on Alexandre Boyes' Property Manager James McDonald and he has never let me or the tenants down. James always goes beyond the call of duty with a super fast, highly efficient service delivered in a friendly and courteous manner. If he ever decides to relocate to Asia I'd give him a job in a heartbeat.

We understand on leaving your rental property the Landlord has made a small claim against your deposit for carpet cleaning since they were cleaned prior to your tenancy commencement. You have accepted that charge having seen proof of the cleaning. GoogleI found the team to be very helpful. I was able to move into a property at short notice. I gave them information about what I needed, and I was lucky enough to move into an ideal property. I never had any issues with contractors, and am very pleased with the service I received. Would be glad to recommend them to friends looking to move into the area.

GoogleWe recently started a tenancy in a property managed and let by Alexandre Boyes and the team there have made it a very easy process and have kept us informed at all points. They have been extremely responsive with any minor issues we’ve had so far. They are by far the best estate agents I’ve dealt with so far (which is about 5).

Slow response to fixing problems in an overpriced rental property, and ridiculous charges for cleaning etc on exit, including suggesting that we should pay for the cost of someone to screw lightbulbs in where they had gone, and there were new ones in the cupboard to replace them. Steer clear if you are a tenant and have a choice.

Some years ago we bought a house marketed by AB and the fact that a fragile chain did not collapse was entirely due to the hard work and efforts of Daniel Boyes. So impressed we later employed their letting side to manage our property and have done so for six years now.
