GoogleI had contacted the agent on Monday morning regarding a rental property which was just published on the day. I was told to wait for a a viewing appointment. On Thursday, after no contact form the agent, I phoned Alexandre Boyes. However, I was told that after blocks of viewings, the house was under offer?! Very poor services! GoogleDan at Alexandre Boyes was the consumate professional. Our property sold on the second viewing and the marketing material was well produced . We had regular communication throughout the sale and Dan ensured that queries were dealt with quickly. He regularly contacted the other parties such as estate agents and solicitors in the chain. GoogleDan and his team are very professional and were very easy to deal with. Dan even returned telephone calls whist he was on holiday. Any questions or problems that arose were always promptly dealt with and in the end, what could have been a problematic purchase went through very smoothly and with out drama.

We ended up renting a property through Alexandre Boyes and that throughout the process Ally was friendly and very professional and made the process very straightforward. GoogleI have been using the Resident Hybrid Block Management System for 6 years, we were one of Alexandre Boyes first clients. It's a fantastic piece of software and fulfills all our requirements for self managing. We use the Hybrid system which takes all the hassle out of paying invoices and producing Service Charges. Sharon looks after our account is always happy to help she is amazing.

GoogleWe had a bit of a journey selling our house, we originally had it up with another estate agent for a few months but didn't get anywhere. We decided to give Alexandre Boyes a go, and we quickly got an offer but our buyers pulled out just before exchange. Dan gave us recommendations for professionals as well as meeting us at the property on numerous early mornings to allow access for builders and architects to quote. We really appreciated that Dan liaised with both solicitors to ensure that the sale progressed despite potential obstructions. Dan provided a professional and personal approach that gave us full confidence. We have also rented through Alexandre Boyes as a managing agent and the service has been faultless.
