GoogleHaving lived in London for 14 years I'd had my fair share of Estate Agents dealings and it was getting to the point where I didn't like them much. BUT... how my opinion has changed and I wish all Estate Agents were taken from the mould at Alexandre Boys in Tunbridge Wells. Kim, Rachel, Daniel, anyone I came in contact with for whatever reason, big or small , they were just lovely people to deal with, humans, and not robots who spout out what you want to hear and never see it. These guys are so efficient. The move went so smoothly it was like we didn't even move. Even now we are moved in and settled, when a few small little issues had arisen, the team got straight on it and a resolve was fast! I can't sing their praises enough and find myself talking about them down the pub with friends - that's how much of an impression they made on us! A pleasure, a joy and I thank you again for like the thousandth time for making one of the most stressful things in life, fun and simple.

Google1 Star is giving them credit. The worst letting agent i have ever dealt with. Lied and withheld important information about the property, of which we had to move out from after 7 weeks. I would suggest you give these cowboys a wide berth and go with another agent. These scumbags are the kind that give letting agents a bad name. Let their contractors in without notice, threatened to keep the deposit, bogus fees on deposit return. Don't believe a word they say. Scum

GoogleAlexandre Boyes manage the residential block of flats of which I am one of the Directors, Katherine Cheung being our Estate Manager. The service from Kate Boyes, and Katherine is efficient, friendly and courteous. Enquiries are dealt with quickly and we are kept the picture. Katherine has found competent contractors whose prices compare very favourably with past experience. Thus 5 star indeed. I was pleased to recommend Alexandre Boyes as a managing agent to a Director of another local block. They joined Alexandre Boyes with Katherine as Estate Manager and are very impressed with the service.

GoogleI’ve had a grand total of 2 hours sleep thanks to storm Bella and AB excellent property management service. Every hour on the hour I’ve had to empty bowls of water and change towels to try and stop the water ingress and further internal damages as the extensive repair issues to the property reported in February 2020 still haven’t been fixed. Can’t wait to pay the next instalment for ground rent and Maintenance fees and be fobbed off via email yet again 👏👏
Dear Daniella, Thank you for your review and taking the time to evaluate our services. I am sorry to hear that you experienced water ingress during Storm Bella on Boxing day. I understand a temporary repair was carried out the next day and that this is part of a larger issue with the render to the rear of the building, which needs renewing. This was brought to all the Residents attention earlier in 2020 and a Section 20 process is underway to approve the quotations and collect funds to cover the costs, which are quite substantial. I believe that Oliver (your property manager) has talked you through this process but please do contact me should you have any further queries or concerns. Not only did he price the property just right to move quickly to a very enthusiastic buyer, he was extremely communicative and able to nudge both sides into exchanging contracts far quicker than expected. GoogleDan at Alexandre Boyes has successfully sold two houses for us and both times he has been so helpful. He genuinely wants to sell your house to the best buyer and for the best price. Using an independent local agent you get a much more personal service as they have genuine knowledge of the business and the area. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, reliable estate agent.

GoogleGood knowledge of the local property market is a big strength. Realistic valuation of our property proved to be a key factor in attracting a buyer. Supervision of accompanied viewings very professional and we were relaxed to step aside and let Alexander Boyes run with the sale. Despite the difficult market conditions, Brexit and Covid, the sale was completed to our satisfaction. Going local certainly proved more responsive than the big players.
