My wife and I were searching for a house and most other agents just were not proactive in actually calling us and informing us that a new property has just come on to their books. Madeleine at SC (Truro) arranged several early viewings and was very helpful. I felt guilty not buying a property from her in the end, however, we did buy from another of their branches and I have to say that she and her other colleagues remained both patient and professional at all times. In our recent search for property I can only be impressed by the the help expertise and suggestions given by Finian McCormick(Truro branch) his tireless work in assisting us was over and above our expectations. Although we eventually found a property through another agent this does not reflect at all on Finian he went that extra mile at that was really appreciated! PADSTOW agency where totally useless no…

PADSTOW agency where totally useless no clue what each other were doing. They went through 3 managers in the space if 6 months. Nobody ever called us we had to do all the calling. This eventually led to losing our buyer. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. If I could give 0 rating I would.
