Google100% Professional Service on every level - Lauren has handled our purchase, she has been exceptional from start to finish. In fact whenever I have contacted the team everybody has been polite & courteous. I cannot recommend their services enough. This has been a tough year due to Covid & Lauren has worked tirelessly to make sure we have had the best service possible - even over the hurdles! Thank you all once again.

GoogleReally rude ! Went to talk to them about property for sale for over £1m and have never been spoken to in such a rude way. Wouldn't even let us in the office. Go elsewhere where they are courteous and know how to treat prospective clients
Dear Mr Sprague I am frankly staggered by this post. As the Covid-19 pandemic rears its head again and Government Regulations change, Stags has taken the decision to protect our hard working frontline teams by putting in place a protocol that permits entry to our offices by ‘Appointment Only’. This protocol is clearly displayed on the entrance door and in a number of instances over the past week, my colleagues have done all they can to swiftly arrange an appointment for members of the public who wish to enter the office, ensuring that all necessary regulations are observed. Almost all property enquiries can be dealt with over the telephone and our website is configured to allow the download of full property brochures. Having met you at the door, I understand that the conversation with my colleague was very short and certainly did not allow for the protocols to be discussed and an appointment made. The health and safety of all parties at this time is of utmost importance, no matter the property value. I wish you all the very best in your search for a new home Kind regards Ben Stephens

GoogleIf I could award no stars I would. I sent six emails to a named member of this firm, asking for some information about a property that I was interested in. NO RESPONSE. I then tried the general email address and received a partial response, from another staff member, but not to my original questions. I was also 'promised' a reply from the original addressee. None ever was received. A week before the date of an auction I had to email the firm to request details of the venue. Two reminders later and I received a perfunctory reply, one working day before the auction. They never answered the questions about claims in their brochure. When cross-checked from a reliable source, these claims were, to be candid, just optimistic puffs. Very disappointed with the lack of simple courtesy and professionalism shown by this firm.

GoogleStags service was exceptional, they came to take particulars of the property very quickly and although the old house had seen better days made a great effort to make it look respectable in the many photos used in the sale brochure. It obviously worked very well as it attracted a great deal of attention and we received many emails advising us of new viewings all of which were conducted by members of Stags staff. When they had had a few offers they asked the bidders to make a final offer and we were delighted with the sale price they managed to get. The whole sale was concluded quickly with no inconvenience to us and we were very grateful for their recommendation of a local solicitor to handle the details of the sale

GoogleHaving moved several times in recent years, I have had much experience of different letting agents - I can genuinely say that the whole experience of renting through Stags has been a pleasure from beginning to end. Any problems that have been experienced with the property have been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. All of the team have been super but I'd like to mention Wayne in particular, who is consistently helpful, courteous and professional.

GoogleIt’s many years since I’ve had the need to deal with letting agents, and dealt with a few in the Truro area most of whom did little to impress me. Stags however were in a different league. They found me a super property and made my move to Cornwall easy. My main point of contact was with Wayne Elliott, who was outstanding, super efficient and highly professional. I highly recommend Stags Lettings in Truro.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, however, I note that your post referencing our hard working Residential Lettings Team has been left using a pseudonym rather than your real name. This is so often the case with negative posts and contrasts markedly with the numerous five star posts left by individuals who are more than happy to have their comments directly associated with them personally, I am sure that anyone reading your review will make up their own mind. I personally believe that Google and other forums are not the place to publish harmful or derogatory personal comments. My team has worked exceptionally hard during 2020, assisting people through very difficult times. If you are unable to express such views in person then you should not use the anonymity of a digital platform, it is all so easy to type into a keyboard and take no account of the impact on named individuals. I have not been in a position of selling a property before so I didn't know what to expect. when I discovered there were problems with the property I was selling and had to reduce the price, stags worked hard to achieve the best price possible. They were informative and helpful throughout the process.

GoogleA property was photographed from our field without our permission. No apology. Although Stags made a sale and were the Agents would not accept responsibility.
I clearly remember this phone call from a few weeks ago. Mrs Reeve called the office and spoke to a colleague, complaining about a photo on a property listing and that she believed it was taken from her land without consent. The photo in question was provided by the vendor and was not taken by Stags. I spoke to the vendor and explained the scenario. Whilst not thinking that the photo was taken from private land, they were happy for me to remove the photo from the listing if I felt it was the correct course of action. I immediately removed the photo and telephoned Mrs Reeve. I explained the scenario and confirmed that the image had already been removed. An apology was given if, indeed it had been taken from private land and I explained it was provided by the vendor. Mrs Reeve remained unhappy and I asked if she would like me to pass on her contact details to the client - this was refused. At this point I said that I believed I had done all I could and asked what else she would like me to do. Mrs Reeve then requested ‘Compensation’. I tried to discuss this request and why it was due but was told I had until Monday to sort it and the phone was put down by Mrs Reeve.
