GoogleA great service from start to finish. Sensibly valued, well photographed and professionally marketed. Stags found us a cash buyer and from start to finish the sale was completed in record time. Ben Stephens acted professionally at all times with sensible honest advice at all times and his communication was flawless. We couldn't be happier with the transaction and would recommend Stags as leading estate agents in Cornwall.

GoogleI had my house for sale with Stags for months before removing it to an alternative agent. The Sales Valuer should have been called the Sales Overvaluer. She was so over confident in her value. I spoke to the manager but he wasn't open to discussion, just defending her and having read the reviews it seems that he defends his staff rather than customers opinions which is my experience. It should be noted that there are a lot of staff that come and go. If you speak to the same person twice before they leave, you are lucky. I wasted a lot of time with them and have removed my property to a more 'down to earth' agent. Relying on tweed jackets with leather elbow patches is a ridiculous way to conduct themselves.

GoogleFrom our meeting with Nick Welch, we were impressed by his professionalism and approach to marketing with a view to getting the best price for the property. The result was that a price was acheived well in excess of our expectations. This was followed up by monitoring progress with solicitors so that the sale went through smoothly. He even helped to aply pressure on the solicitors acting for the owners of the house we were buying - way beyond the call off duty! We would recommend Stags to anyone seeking a professional aproach and support throughout the process.

GoogleIf it was possible to rate STAGS TRURO ZERO stars then I absolutely would! Shocking service on every conceivable level. Having dealt with many estate agencies I have always been treated ..and treated outhers with the greatest respect! it doesn't surprise me that this shop is due for closure. With such awful attitudes and blatant ignorence it will be very good to see it go.
I am afraid that we have no record of you contacting the Truro Office and your comment about an office closure indicates that you may have mistakenly left this post against Stags, Stags Truro Office is thriving and expanding. I believe this to be a spurious review however I invite you to contact me directly if you have an issue that requires addressing. Ben Stephens

GoogleStags sold our property between Truro and St. Austell in June 2017, the property was marketed in 3 lots to ensure we received active interest for the property. Georgia Prowse was instrumental in managing all 3 lot sales, keeping all parties focussed on completing the transactions. I can't praise Georgia highly enough!

GoogleAfter having my property with another estate agent for several months and no viewings, I was pleasantly shocked to have three viewings and three offers of the guide price in less than a week with Stags. Two of the prospective buyers were so impressed, they offered over and above the guide price. My property sold in less than a month. Stags were amazing, I left them to it, they dealt with everything, no hassle, pleasant communication and very professional. I could not have wished for better service.
