Stags Truro reviews

I wanted to sell my Country Cottage with land and choose Staggs of Truro after speaking to Ian who showed a genuine passion in selling my property. After putting it on market we had several offers and a genuine buyer within 7 days. Then came the hard work!! and THIS is where the REAL Estate agents work come into play. Lauren was in charge of conducting the sale process and she went the extra mile to sort all the details and problems that solicitors throw at a seller in selling a property. I cannot give a higher recommendation than what Lauren did for my sale. THANK YOU SO MUCH LAUREN! You made my day!

All the staff at Stags, Truro, were a pleasure to deal with throughout our sale, which wasn't without a few pretty emotional bumps along the way. Nick was our main point of contact; he was always on hand with sensible advice and guidance. We never felt rushed or pressured into any decisions and he spent a considerable amount of time talking us through the various hiccups as they came up. Sometimes diplomatically, and quite rightly, telling me to take a breath and calm down! I'm never moving again, but if I did, I'd definitely use Stags.

Both Nick and Emily have been marvellous with the sale of our house. We had been let down by another agent and lost faith in selling our home. Nick was positive and honest and kept his word. Emily was fantastic. Keeping us updated at every step. Well done guys for restoring our faith in Estate Agents. We will definitely be recommending you.

I can't say enough good things about Jess and Laura in lettings. I write this from the point of view of a tenant. The market is tough and agents have become lazy, as in "line up a few people who all have to turn up within an hour and a …

We used Staggs of Truro as we had seen them as being active on our development. We dealt with Ian initially who was very professional and very knowledgeable and advised us on how to market .We then dealt with Lauren who was superb in every detail …We were kept up to date frequently and Lauren was exceptional at smoothing out any issues that cropped up …VERY pro-active ..I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lauren and the team at Truro .

Thank you to Mel, from Stags Truro office for superb support. From the moment she arrived at my front door to undertake a valuation, all the way through the sales process, she has been professional, informed and on the ball. She identified the market for my property, priced it well and selected potential buyers successfully. I’m glad I chose Stags and got to work with Mel - thank you!

The Truro branch of Stags, and in particular Melanie Ayling, were just exceptional in selling our house, from Mel’s initial valuation right through to completion. Despite her valuation being top end, compared to other agents we approached, within a week we had a keen and motivated buyer at full asking price and we were then nursed gently through the stressful and unpredictable processes that precede exchange and completion. The Truro team are professional and responsive at all times and we would highly recommend them.

After an unhappy experience with Purple Bricks we switched to Stags in Truro. We were not disappointed and received great service from Georgia, Ian and the team. Where Purple Bricks had merely advertised our property (with little or no follow up with prospective buyers), Stags pro-actively marketed the house. Perhaps the most telling difference between Stags and an on line agent was the fact that, when our buyers first contacted Stags to view another property, Georgia pointed them in our direction. Within two weeks, we had an offer very close to our asking price and Georgia then actively managed the whole process through to "exchange" and beyond. Thanks Stags - excellent service from start to finish.

I would like to thank Stags Truro, particularly Melanie, for taking time not only show us a lovely apartment, twice, being new to the area, also sharing the pros and cons of Truro area & reinforcing some of the key factors in apartment ownership compared to a house, the latter we are familiar with. This was really useful, honest and helpful advice, something in my experience rare in the industry.

I have recently been dealing with Stags Estate Agents in Truro on the purchase of one of their properties. I cannot praise them highly enough - I have brought and sold several properties of the years and have never dealt with a more friendly and efficient office than theirs. Georgia Prowse, the Sales Negotiator was extremely helpful and was always on hand to help with any questions and sorting queries during purchase. I cannot recommend their services enough. I would certainly approach to represent me when it comes to sell as well.

I highly recommend Stags Estate agents in Truro and in particular, Laura from the lettings department is brilliant. She ensured our move went as smoothly as possible from start to finish, she is always happy to help, lovely to deal with due to her friendly and aproachable nature and very proffesional. She sorts any issues out promptly, always happy to help and Stags is by far the best estate agents we have been with.

A totally superb service from start to finish. Ian, Nick and Wayne all worked with us to sell our beloved home in difficult circumstances. Viewings all done by Stags ( thank you Brian) with good feedback and sold within 2 weeks. Have sold with Stags before and would do again, although I don't envisage moving any time soon! Highly recommend a truly professional service. Thank you.

I have worked with Wayne at Stags for the sale, purchase and rental of a couple of properties now and still find him to be the most professional, helpful and responsive agent I have worked with to date. Stags are now my "go to" agency and they have taken the pain out of what can be a stressful and frustrating process. Many thanks for your help!
