GoogleFrom our first contact, Lillicrap Chilcott completely understood our brief for a post-retirement move to Cornwall. They worked proactively suggesting a range of properties and before long produced something that ticked our most important boxes. During the offer process and thereafter, we have liaised with Tommy Lumley who has been exceptionally positive and polite (with a welcome dose of humour) whilst maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. Not that we are planning on selling any time soon but we would definitely be looking to use LC given their excellent knowledge of the Cornwall market.

Lillicrap & Chilcott's high quality marketing and client base blows their competitors out of the water in their local area in my opinion. Buyers were closely vetted which resulted in a solid sale with no problems. Nice friendly team, I highly recommend them.
