GoogleI highly recommend Lillicrap Chilcott. Their service from the beginning of the sale process to the end has been excellent. The house was presented very well and we soon had viewings all conducted by staff members. An offer was quickly made and staff at Lillicrap Chilcott monitored the sale process very closely communicating with me and with our solicitor to ensure everything was being done to speed up what was a very slow process. They conducted themselves very professionally and were most efficient in their part of the sale process.

GoogleFrom our first meeting with Vicky the service has been exceptional. Fundamental to purchasing a house is great communication between all parties and I had not appreciated how much help Vicky would be in keeping us the buyers and her clients, the sellers, in the loop and chasing to ensure that the process went smoothly. We had frustrations and delays with our solicitors but Vicky assisted with appropriate prods to keep them focussed. We are completing in a few days and cannot praise Vicky and Lillicrap Chilcott enough in helping find and purchase our new house in Cornwall.
