Great service We purchased our new house through Lillicrap Chilcott, and although the whole purchase was slow (not the Estate Agents fault), whenever we needed to have a question answered, we received immediate attention, and a call back very promptly with that answer. Even when, sometimes, our questions may have been fairly inconsequential, and more because of concern over progress, we were dealt with professionally and courteously. Maybe we shouldn't name names, but we dealt with one contact throughout, and he was superb. From our initial viewing right through to Exchange of contracts, he could not have been more helpful or approachable. He answered his mobile phone to us on his days off, and out of normal working hours, and never made us feel guilty when we rang him. (Thank you Barry!) We are delighted that we found our home through Lillicrap Chilcott, and will definitely use them if we need another Cornish Estate Agent. Thank you! (pop in for a cup of tea, or something stronger, whenever you are passing!)

If a customer review is to be worth anything it has to fair and honest and not too eulogistic. In my business, I have had reviews which quite frankly were not worth the paper written on; by that I mean glowing with praise and in the end hardly useful. Trip Advisor is a good example of my comments So before reading my review be aware that my praise is a rare commodity. Now for Lillicrap and Chilcott. I gave the responsibility for selling my house to Andrew Chilcott and his team. The word 'team' is the important bit and the basis of my praise for all that followed. They all did a cracking good job. Perhaps most important, I felt that they had enough staff to ensure that any enquiry would not go unanswered or a response delayed. Part way through the selling process and before the eventual buyer hove into sight, I moved and although I now live thousands of miles away from Truro, I was constantly up dated on how things were evolving. This more than anything contributed to this positive review . In other words Lillicrap & Chilcott worked professionally and were rewarded with success.
