Andrew Chilcott has been our primary contact throughout and he's been totally committed to taking good care of us and getting us the best possible deal. GoogleWe first met with Jamie Bettsworth of Lillicrap Chilcott (Truro) when we went to view a house we eventually purchased. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Head and shoulders above other estate agents we had previously dealt with. Jamie’s communication was excellent. He kept us informed throughout and nothing was too much trouble, whether it was providing information, even on minor details or liaising with the seller and solicitors. He was always quick to respond, getting back to us immediately. Jamie remained positive that we could complete in a timely manner of 5-6 weeks which enabled us to work effectively towards this goal. Thank you Jamie. We would highly recommend this estate agency.

GoogleThe Team and Lillicrap and Chilcott have been fantastic. From the off Mark showed great knowledge of the market and was clear and concise with his thoughts and recommendations. After a failed sale at the last minute, he remained professional and resourceful finding a new buyer in a week! I couldn't recommend them enough and only wished they provided a service further afield as Mark and team have shown how other estate agents should perform. I am grateful for Mark and Janice's hard work, dedication and commitment to their work. It's been a pleasure to have used their service.

GoogleStan & I have just completed on our apartment and the service from the team at Lillicrap Chilcott and, specifically Glenn, has been first class. It has been quite a long process as a third party have been involved with it being an apartment. Every single step of the way Glenn has been there communicating with us. Even when he has been waiting for information from other parties, he would ring to tell us he had followed something up but there was nothing to report but he would be chasing up again on such a day and would ring us on that day. His integrity, professionalism and communication skills are outstanding. We have felt very cared for and he’s an enormous asset to the team. Thankyou Glenn and the team very much. Can’t recommend Lillicrap Chilcott highly enough.

Mark guided us through the entire process and was always on hand to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. In addition, as the sale progressed, we found everyone in the office so kind and helpful; the media coverage about our house sale was remarkable, local and national press and social media which I am sure helped us to achieve the best possible price. We had dealt with many agents who seemed disinterested in our search, putting us off the whole process. After finding our property with LC we were dealt with as a human, as if if our search and interests mattered, a special mention to Scott Ramsey who dealt with the entire process, a refreshing personal take on a property purchase. Completely satisfied with the service, attitude, communication and professionalism during the purchase.

A thorough initial appraisal of our house and our motivations led to a sensible pricing and sales strategy which secured an early sale to a reliable buyer. GoogleWe were looking to purchase a property in Cornwall, currently living in W Sussex. We registered with Glen who listened to what our requirements were. As we weren't sure of exactly where we wanted to relocate to we viewed a number of properties throughout the county. Glen kept in touch with us regularly and we finally found the property which "spoke" to us. Glen was quick and efficient in enabling the process from exchange to completion go as quickly as possible and was the first to phone us when exchange had taken place.
