The sales team were easy to get in touch with and always called back when asked to. They also gave very prompt feedback after we’d had a viewing on our property so I didn’t have to chase to see how the viewings went. There were a few problems with our sale along the way and the team did as much as possible to help sort the problems out, enabling us to eventually exchange and complete.
