GoogleThe letting agents were extremely frustrating to deal with, and I'm a landlord myself, so imagine. RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT: We left the property in good condition with receipt of professional cleaners. Any excuse to just take our deposit. Thankfully they knew they were in the wrong and gave up on trying to take 60% of our deposit. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI instructed Michael Anthony to sell my mother's flat after she had to give it up to go into a care home. Sam Payne's local knowledge was important in setting an achievable sales price, and quickly listing the property in an attractive and comprehensive manner. I would particularly like to commend Georgia Royal, who was excellent in keeping the information flowing between parties. I was immediately updated with developments, and communications were always friendly and professional.

GoogleI have just bought a house that was on the market with Michael Anthony. Everyone that I spoke to in the office was polite and friendly, but my main contact was George Burns. He has been an absolute delight to deal with, and that in itself has helped the conveyancing process go more smoothly. He also helped make this move a much less stressful than previous moves I have experienced. He showed professionalism and integrity throughout, as well as being very helpful and pleasant. I hope not to be moving again any time soon, but if anyone asks about my experience, I will tell them how positive it was, and that I would 100% recommend Michael Anthony.
