We got our keys today after a lot of drama (our solicitor sending money to wrong account etc...i kid you not.) Recently completed and moved into a house sold by PP and this agent were the only positive thing about the whole process! They picked up the phone, they regularly rang to keep me informed and liaised with my (useless) solicitors and some quite scary and blackmailing property developers. They were helpful, polite, they would call to check on things even after 5pm and were the only professionals I dealt with who had common sense! A breath of fresh air. I believe those I bought from were happy they had used them to sell their home too, and I'd recommend them!
