Avoid at all cost Property perspective are not an estate agent they are a call centre communication is shocking they don’t tell you the fees are plus vat they don’t do a companied viewings they mix appointments and feedback up not to mention the no shows they didn’t even sell my property the local agent sold it if your looking at new builds sell your property first 90 percent of the new builders use them and I don’t know why

Dear Phil, I am very sorry to hear that you feel the service you received wasn't as you would expect, We take all feedback seriously so we can learn and grow as a company and provide training to staff. We do state in our terms that all vendors do sign that the fee is plus vat. You are correct that we do not always offer accompanied viewings as we have properties all across the country so isn't always feesable. Our main goal is to sell your property quickly and for the right price which is why you have the benefit of us marketing and instructing a traditional agent in your local area to help with this. Some we sell directly and some the agent sell. Irrespective of this Property Perspective take the sale from offer stage and deal with all the sales progression to get the sale through as quickly as possible whilst also keeping the builders updated.
