I would like to thank Bridgfords Sale branch for the help and support in selling our family home recently. Although we got 2 other estate agents out for a valuation and discussion on their services, Bridgfords led the way in terms of professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge. Rachel was friendly and personable. Most of our dealings thereafter were done with Edward who was fantastic, friendly and took a proactive approach in keeping us up to date. Bridgfords managed to get plenty of viewings booked in and several offers on the house, one of which was accepted at higher amount than the asking price. I have recently let my property out in Sale and have been very pleased with the service received from Bridgfords. From the moment I met Amber, she was professional and friendly and was one of the main reasons why I chose Bridgfords instead of one of the other agents in the town. Amber was always available when needed and guided me through the process as a first time landlord, putting me at the ease the whole time. Elisha was also very friendly and helpful when I called into the office or spoke to her on the phone. Overall a very good service and I would not hesitate to recommend. Absolutely shocking , no chase ups , no progress or updates for my purchase, no follow up , consequently a £400 k purchase failing at the last minute , not qualified to sell houses correctly, , complete garbage im afraid , cost me thousands in abortive fees , totally lied to & lead down the garden path. A waste of 8 months of my life , totally in shock upset & devastated

Unfortunately, i read these reviews quite late and I am in agreement with all the negative opinions about Bridgfords Withington. We tried to buy a flat, but when we told them that we have our own mortgage advisor, the communication stopped. When we tried to get updates, they would try to discourage us to continue. They went on making an offer for our maximum budget, despite only having 1 additional buyer who offered 25k less than us. Dishonesty/ lack of transparency and totally unprofessionalism, especially Richard/ Hammad. I am happy I did not use their services, and I now select properties which are not in their portfolio. Quite sure the seller has received a lower offer as well, which is a shame as the flat was superb. Avoid!

Amber Gelling at Bridgfords Countrywide lettings’ agency has been managing my landlord’s account for the past 7-8 years. I have been delighted with the service she has provided on behalf of the company, which has encompassed all of the qualities outline above - good quality & value, and (very) professional and responsive to my requirements as a customer/client. Over the past 12 months I have had great difficulties in dealing with my tenant who refused both to the vacate the property after the Section 21 notice expired in December and allow access to it during this time. Thankfully, Amber was on hand throughout this period to support and provide necessary confirmation & copy documentation required to my solicitor to enable him to apply for repossession/eviction. Unfortunately the coronavirus lockdown interceded and delayed matters but, nevertheless, she was on hand again with assistance and support once the property was recovered in late August - and since. We viewed a property which we loved and the landlady accepted our offer. We paid the holding deposit all ok so then we went through the referencing checks. I explained that my tax return wouldn't be done right away but hopefully it wasn't a problem as the move in date was 2 months in advance. Every email I sent to Elisha was then ignored. She also repeatedly threatened us with other offers they had on the phone. She refused a second viewing because we think she didn't want to bother the landlady. Now we put our notice in and paid for a tax return amber emails and says they have put forward half finished referencing to the landlady so obviously she's refused us. Stay away from brigfords sale, you might find a lovely home just to find the estate agents are too incompetent to complete the deal.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I recently sold my property via Bridgfords in Sale. Throughout the process, Rachel and Dale were very friendly and professional and made it a stress free experience. I received an offer within 2 weeks of the house being advertized and was very pleased to achieve the asking price. I had a low opinion of estate agents in general, having had a bad experience a few years ago with another estate agent in Sale.
