GoogleI was just about to move to London when I contacted Olympia and thanks to their professionalism and adaptability, I was sleeping in my new flat the night of my arrival in London! The customer service was absolutely great and they really have the experience of working with foreigners and know how to make everything easier for us. I would really recommend this agency for renting flats in east London.

GoogleI highly recommend this agency! Brilliant customer service! Excellent customer care! Very professional with outstanding management! I'd especially like to give a special word for the managing director Shah Fahi, who given his status is very much hands on and in touch with his clients. His service alone single handedly accounts for me to give my 2nd property to Olympia properties. I am indeed a very, very satisfied landlord.

GoogleBrilliant service, very happy to help and always on the end of the phone when needed. Very friendly staff, which makes moving into and out of a rental as relaxed as it can be. They get appliances etc fixed super quickly as well. Definitely deserving of the 5 star.

GoogleOlympia properties rented out my apartment in Barrier Point and always did an excellent job making sure it was always occupied and fixed problems as they arose. Last year I decided to sell the property and Faruq led the process. He gave outstanding service along with the rest of the team. Communication with me was first class and her tenacity in following things through was second to none

GoogleOlympia Properties is a very trustworthy agency with friendly and helpful people. I dealt with many agencies when moving to London and Olympia was the only one who really cared about our needs. Through the whole stay in the apartment we developed a relation based on trust and confidence and this is really rare with a property agency. I can only advice to work with this team !

GoogleThey have been managing my properties for the last 5 years now and I do not have one negative about them. The rent always arrives on time and my properties have been well looked after. A landlord's dream. Have recommended to my friends and family to manage their properties through Olympia and they have similarly found it be very reliable and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone out there.

GoogleI would highly recommend this agency and will certainly be coming to them first when I am next in London on an internship! Friendly staff, flexible (minimum contract 3 months) and quick to help/respond (especially when I locked myself out!). All this helped make my first experience of renting in London really quite ok and helped put my mum at ease! Thank you, Faruq in particular.

GoogleBest property managers in East London! I've been a landlord for 5 years, and Olympia Properties have been my property manager for the entire time. They have offered first class service for a fair price, promptly reply to phone calls and emails, and take care of issues straight away to give me piece of mind. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI stayed in a fantastic property on brick lane, provided with a regular cleaning service and maintenance. The guys working in Olympia are very approachable and will help with any matters for the property. Before I moved in I was looked after with a hotel room before the move in date. All round great service and a great year on brick lane!

GoogleI really like this agency. They are really nice and they always help you for everything. All the houses i saw of this agency are very beautiful and clean and always in comfortable places. My advice for you is to contact them because in my experience in London i understood that it's difficult to find someone honest and always avaiable like them.
