GoogleI was introduced TO Olympia Properties by a friend, Since then I have recommended Olympia to friends as over the 4 years of working with them I have never had a bad word to say. Always helpful even when the matter is not even their responsibility. A fantastic agent that work with honesty and professionism. The service they provide is above and beyond as a landlord and I know it will be the same for tenants as they make sure they have everything covered. Highly recommended agent.

GoogleMy experience with Olympia Properties couldn't be better! Everyone there is kind and helpful, but I should mention Shah Fahim: the first person I got in contact with at the Agency and who has always helped me ever since. I was able to reserve my room from abroad with safety and confidence and every time I found a technical problem (electricity, malfunction on fridge, etc...) he was very quick to attend it. My flat is on Brick Lane, a great, central and vibrant location, and I must say it is very difficult to find a cheaper rent around this area. I also couldn't be happier about my flatmates, although we have very different schedules we get along well and I do know Olympia cares about this when making new contracts. Shah Fahim has always been formidable in the way he's available to answer my questions and help. There's a hotel right next to their office which is perfect for the family when they visit as it is conveniently located and since it's associated with Olympia they can get great price offers. Thank you so much for more than a year of great service and professionalism! J.

GoogleI've been very impressed with Olympia Properties. Handed them my flat 3 years ago on a fully managed guaranteed rent deal, they find tenants, collect rent, handle repairs, 100% everything. In the 3 years they only called once, and that was to help me stay compliant with new rules in Tower Hamlets (I needed a landlords license due to the location). This has really impressed me, I don't have the time to be dealing with issues in the flat. I did a property inspection recently and the flat was in great shape. They gave me an update on what's been happening, they'd raised a couple of points with the building management company about communal areas, had a boiler call out, installed a carbon monoxide tester, handled a change in tenants. All done with no charge to me. And importantly, rent has turned up on time, every time, 36 months in a row. Compared notes with other BTL landlords I know. Without doubt I've got the best deal in terms of finances and service. The really big difference is there are no hidden fees with Olympia, other places often find reasons to make deductions from rent. Olympia handle much more themselves, they really care about avoiding unexpected bills and it shows. There's a famous book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The author made a lot of money in property investing, his advice... "Pick your property manager first, and your property second".

GoogleRented a flat for 9 months, they were very generous and kind guys, doing everything they can to make us feel comfortable. My first night back in London I had to start renting the place, I was pretty tired from the 10+ hour flight, they let me stay for the night in the flat for a free night and bought me a dinner, which was very helpful. I am very thankful of the guys at Olympia properties. The flat was great, loved it. The agency will solve any problem you have with the flat immediately, the best agency so far.

GoogleThe guys at Olympia were super lovely during our whole stay. They were quick to respond when needed no matter what time of day and were always respectful of our wishes when it came to allowing access to the flat. When we had to move out of our current flat before the one we rented through them was ready, they happily put us up in accommodation down the road until we were able to move in. Overall we had a very positive experience with the agency and Shah (with whom most of my correspondence was with) 👍🏽

GoogleI have been living in their property for almost 4 years and it is definitely the best and the most helpful agency that I have ever had to deal with. Quickly responds to your concerns and/or issues associated with the property. If anything needs fixing, it would always be done in the next couple of days or even hours depending on the situation. Overall, great service - caring. professional, flexible and always meeting your needs. Highly recommended to anyone!

GoogleNot enough staff! As a family run business they aim to do their very best, however from my experiences they simply are just over run and aren't coping with the work load and therefore their efficiency and reliability is unfortunately going out the window. At times its taken me 3 days to get any response from them, even after ringing, texting and emailing a large number of times. Further to this when turning up to the room hadn't been cleaned and was filthy, with a large number of disgusting marks on the walls. I simply hope for the benefit of themselves and their tenants they can see what they are getting wrong and make the necessary improvements.

GoogleI needed an affordable room in a nice neighborhood and environment and it was just what I got when I went to Olympia Properties! Before I went to this agency, I had went to two other places to view properties, but either 1. the apartment were not fitting to my requirements or 2. the agent gave me pressure in getting the flat as soon as possible with an attitude so I did not rent from either one. When I got to Olympia Properties, I was greeted by Faruq, who was the most comfortable agent I've met. He was super friendly, laid back but still very hardworking. He showed me two excellent rooms all matching my criteria and after viewing the second room, I immediately knew that I was going to take it. After staying for one month, I wanted to go live for a friend in her apartment, so I needed to end the contract that I was in. I thought it was going to be a painful process but Faruq gave me all the information and details on how to do it and it was done quickly in a few days! He was very helpful in all areas I needed help on and I was quite thankful. One thing that was still unresolved would be the deposit that I am supposed to get back. It is probably not the fault of the agency, but the fault of the DPS (deposit protection service) that it has been weeks and I still haven't received an email that I could collect my deposit. So I am coming in to Olympia today to get it sorted. Besides that, overall, I had a wonderful experience at Olympia and would recommend you to go look for Faruq if you are looking for a property! priscilla

GoogleGreat customer service, always very helpful whatever the problem may be! When we moved in we were still setting up bank accounts/getting jobs etc. We all found them very understanding and helpful of our situation. When our shower stopped working, the problem was solved within a day! Not after your money like many other agencies are, we got our full deposit back, and when we had to move out earlier than planned they were kind enough to not charge us for however many days we had been late with rent (in total about £60!!!). Highly recommended, very trustworthy in every way :)

GoogleI want to share my feedback as being a client of this company for the past 7 years. I am a landlord of multiple properties in London. I have received 5 star service from day one till present. The rent is always paid on time and my property is well looked after. Also my sister has been a tenant the last few years in one of their properties she too has received extremely satisfactory service. She was very complementary towards the management of the house such as any issues in the house are dealt with extreme care and very speedily. Overall I am a very happy client of this agency, and long may it continue!

They enquired what are my requirements and picked the offers from their portfolio that would suit me the best. The paperwork was handled in efficient manner and all my questions were answered promptly and appropriately. During the tenancy they were very responsive and helpful when there were any issues with the property. GoogleI am very happy with my experience in this agency and I recommended to everyone! They always listen to you and try to help in everything you need. Also, they are really careful chosen the people you are gonna live with. I mean, I was the last one who arrive to the flat and I was 'scare' about the other flatmates. They told me they were young people like me, half of them boys and the other half girls, etc.... So, they are thinking about their cliens all time.

I have a great environment at home and everybody gets along because at Olympia they are very careful with who they place at each house. GoogleI had a wonderful experience in renting a room with them. I found my room while I was still living in Italy, I took it and I didn't have any bad surprise once arrived in London. They are extremely nice and empathic people, we had a problem at the house with a toilet and they immediately sent us a plumber to fix it. I have nothing to complain. Now I'm not living in UK anymore, but if I will go there again I will definitely ask for their help to find a suitable accommodation.
