GoogleSorry for saying this but my first experience with a member of Olympia properties wasn't so good. I have been invited for viewing by the agent Marco Tom. The appointment was confirmed but when I came to the office I have been told that the property had gone and the gentleman wasn't able to offer me anything else as a replacement.
I am absolutely able to understand the dynamics of the market but I would expect a professional agency representative at least to respect their prospective client's time and to inform them in advance when they have nothing to sell.

One of the finest findings for my guest to stay in the historic Bangla Town surrounded by amazing restaurants, Sunday Market, Brick Lane Mosque. Tower bridge 🌉, Bell 🔔 Foundry, Liverpool Street all nearby.
In a very cold weather the room was warm enough but the warmer was the support and cooperation extended by the host Mr Fahi. Whatever extras I asked he provided without even questioning. I loved it, my guests loved it who frequently visits to London. He already told me to book it for him not just next time but every time he comes.

GoogleDon't believe what they tell you at viewings (especially about the flatmates), and don't fall for how chilled out they act. I rented in a flat with the worst flatmates that were very noisy and were in the flat all the time, while the agent described them at the viewing as very discreet with one of them not being there much. It was a ridiculous lie. The flat was bad, too - it was the only one with single glazed windows in the area, and it was absolutely freezing in the winter, I felt like a stray dog. It was bad. The agent was responsive, though, but forgot to mention all the inconvenient things about the flat (oven not working etc). But I won't give more than 2 stars because I felt really betrayed about the way the flat was sold to me. Really disappointing experience.
Edit: I am changing my review to 1 star because after seeing my Google Maps review, the agency made me come to their office to confront me, otherwise I wouldn't get my deposit back. Ridiculous behaviour.

We did not provide you with incorrect information during the viewing and tenancy. As such the flatmates who you resided with made complaints about you, but I prefer not to disclose on a public forum.
Also for you to make a public review making such a false statement about how 'we act chilled out' is absolutely misleading. As an estate agent we are very easy going with all our clients and we work immensely hard outside of office hours to provide comfort and satisfaction to our clients.
In addition, we met with you at the office only to establish and understand the reasons behind your unsatisfying experience. However, as you extended your contract at the flat it was particularly strange as to how you were so dissatisfied.
Moreover, categorically I can tell you we had no intention of keeping your deposit.
Lastly, I am sorry that you felt let down by us on this occasion.
I wish you well and luck in your new flat.

GoogleI should have given this review a long time ago and unfortunately, I did not. The fact that I could not give a positive review to them did not deter this company from helping me immensely whenever I needed their help. From a dysfunctional washing machine to a refrigerator, any time I needed their assistance, they responded to me promptly and without any hesitation. Every time they supplied us with a piece of new appliance and never even ask or frowned upon us for frequent break-downs. This is the speciality of the ‘Olympia Properties’ to whom I wish I could give 10 stars review. Oh! One fact I did not disclose, when we rented this house, they did not even take a deposit from us which usually happens once in a million times in London.

GoogleEmployees are really nice as soon as I walk in. Very helpful staffs specially Faruq during viewing and throughout the process.
They have a very Clean office as well. They are not very responsive sometimes with emails and SMS but I can understand as they must be busy but they will get back to you when they get the chance. After a year living, they just issue me to vacate the property as I didn’t accept how high their offer for the new rent. They didn’t even negotiate.

GoogleThis agency helped me to find a room in little time and for a reasonably price, in the area that I was looking for (pretty much on the Brick Lane and on the main road which is safer). Although the house itself had some problems (no less than any old house in London), as soon as I told the agency they normally dealt with it either on the same day or in a matter of days. At the end of my stay my deposit was returned in due time, and Faruk helped me to send my luggage to Italy when I was no longer there.
