GoogleWe had a good experience with Olympia as tenants. They acted reasonably and professionally throughout the tenancy. We particularly thank Faruq, who was responsive and attentive, helping resolve any issues with the apartment in a reasonable time.

GoogleOur experience with this agency has been nothing sort of a nightmare. They repeatedly lied to us just to get us out of the property. We were told that the landlord would be moving back into the house only to find it listed on Zoopla for rent shortly after we left. Complete dishonesty. Avoid this agency at all costs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and transparent letting experience, this is not the place.

GoogleGot my Flat just today after vieiwing on Friday (3 days ago), and get my key on Monday. Processed everything in a seamless way possible. It's never been so easy to find the best flat. Faruq and Olympia served me really well from the start and the service is legitly fast. I am grateful to meet Faruq, God bless him and Olympia Team!

GoogleOlympia Properties looked after me for over 10 years. They are the nicest and most helpful renting agency in the UK! Never had a problem. Even when appliances broke they had new ones delivered before I got home from work. If you ever need to rent in London these are the people to go to. The people who work there are so kind. GoogleI have been a tenant of a property managed by Olympia properties for the last year. They were friendly, professional and responsive throughout the letting process. Once we moved into the property, they were very responsive to any issues or requests that we had. Faruq was especially great - he would often sort problems for us on the day even when they weren't an emergency. They also accommodated our additional requests when we had them. GoogleI had been with Olympia for four years. From the beginning everything went smoothly. The customer service is brilliant. Whenever I had a problem, I texted them and it was solved in less than two days. Once they even came straight away from their office when the heard the fire alarm themselves. I am very happy that I was living 30 seconds from their office. There is nothing like being able to talk to them face to face.

Each time there may have been a short wait, but he has specialised in matching tenants and landlords expertly, whilst also reassuring us that the right tenants are out there! This has been excellent for our tenants and also for us, as landlords. His good communication skills and reassuring manner make letting a property an enjoyable experience, for both parties. GoogleAfter searching for a long time for our home we met with Faruq at a place which was perfect for us. Faruq was immediately welcoming and put our mind at rest. Having recently had mixed service from other agents, it was reassuring to have a professional working for us to ensure we were happy. The contact was great and the process was seemless. Would thoroughly recommend Olympia and Faruq. We had occasion to speak with other staff at the branch who were also helpful....

GoogleAlthough the agents (especially Faruq) are always very very nice, the quality of the repair services is poor. We were left with a broken door for several months, and whenever the toilet pipes burst we couldn’t use our own bathroom for days at a time. In addition, poorly done repairs and unfinished sections of the flat meant that there were cold drafts or constant breakages. Lack of communication and urgency in repairs caused me much discomfort as I frequently had to ask about when repairs would be completed. Please, if you improve the quality of your services and your response rates, this would be a standout agency in London.

Marco was assigned to me as the Property Manager and has dealt with my tenancy in an extremely professional and timely manner. GoogleFinally an agency which actually cares about its tenants. They always respond to queries in a timely manner and never ignore anything, no matter if it's a big or small issue. When our stove broke down, they replaced it after two days and provided a portable one to use in the meantime. Deposit was returned in full almost immediately and can definitely say that we had a good relationship for the entire year. You can absolutely rely on Faruq!

GoogleI remember when I came to London and I had to find a room within one day. I went to this Agency and they didn't waste any minute. We started to see rooms immediately and I found a very nice proper room - perfect for my 6 month stay in London. At the end of the day I was very happy that everything worked out so well. Furthermore I thought for all the efforts this Agency made to find a room for me within this short period of time, 1 day, the Agency fee is not too much at all. I was happy to pay for the service as I would have never found a nice, proper room within that time period by myself. In addition to that the Agency was always helpful regarding maintenance e. g. changing the light. Also, when I forgot my keys in the flat (twice), I went there, got sth nice to drink (I love Capri Sun) and they went with me to open the door. All in all I was very satisfied and I would definitely include them again to my list of Agencies for finding a room.

GoogleWhen I moved to London, Olympia Properties helped me find an exceptional room in Zone 1 at a very affordable price. In particular Faruq has been very helpful in solving every issue I had in the months I rented their property. I stayed in 2 rooms provided by the agency, both in nice, clean and comfortable houses. I would definitely recommend Olympia Properties for their availability and attention to customers and in general for going the extra mile to meet your needs and expectations. It's very rare to find professional and honest letting agents in London, so I can say I was lucky to find Olympia Properties and Faruq as soon as I arrived here.

GoogleMy Name is Max and I'm 19 years old. I found the advertisement of my flat on spareroom. Via this website I get in touch with them and I made an appointment for viewing the property. I was giving them a call and the next day I get an appointment, which is really fast! I really liked the property so I decided immediately to take it. I was able to move in the same evening. When I moved in I had an issue, because over my door there is a window and if ones is turning on the light in the kitchen it's quietly bright in my room. So the day after I gave Fariq a call and was telling him about this problem and just after a few hours are passed a guy came to fix it. The price for my rent is more than fair, especially if you know that my property is located in Zone 1 near to the tube station Aldgate East, where the District line and the Hammersmith and City line are running. Even the tube station Whitechapel is very close where the Overground is running as well. Also the connection in the night is very good, because I started to work at 6am so I was forced to take the night buses. A lot of buses are running here in the direction of Trafalgar Square, where my work was located. So all in all the location was perfect for me. Once I had a problem as well with the pipe of the toilet because it was blocked and it was a sunday. So in my desperation I was giving Fariq a call and was telling him about the desaster. He told me not to be worried, because he has a guy on stand by so it's not a big deal. After a few hours the guy came to fix the blocked pipe. Even on a sunday the property is going to help you if you got a problem, which is a prove for their reliabilty. All in all I can say that I had a really nice property and an amazing service from my agency and I'm very sad that I'm leaving soon. I have no hesitation in recommending Olympia Properties. One thing is for sure: If I will come one more time to London to live here I will definately use Olympia Properties again to get a flatshare. Regards Maximilian

GoogleI have enjoyed dealing with Olympia Properties, in particular the property manager, Faruq. My girlfriend and I stayed in a property they managed for 8 months and we always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The fees were cheap and the contract flexible. Problems were solved in a reasonable time. We had no issues with them at all. I already have recommended them to a friend and would do to anyone looking for a property in East London, their service is far above any other agency I have had to deal with.

GoogleOlympia Properties are a quality outfit. My partner and I have been tenants for three years and we have found Olympia to be both professional and efficient. When you combine this with their friendly then we are onto a winning formula. Any issue that has come up as always been dealt with in a maximum of 36 hours. Shah is our main point of contact and I cannot say enough good things about him. On one the rare occasions we needed assistance he was there personally well after 22:00. If you are looking for something in E1 or Bricklane/Shoreditch then certainly give these guys a call.

Shah Fahi was very friendly and helpful with finding a room near my university. Even before I came to London I was able to arrange a room, that was really nice. Furthermore, it was always very easy to contact the people of Olympia Properties and questions and problems were always resolved very quickly.

GoogleAfter I sent a request of deposit refund back, although it took 2 - 3 weeks for agent to deal with it. However, the agent still kept their promise in sending the deposit back to me, and during the communication, he admitted there was a miscommunication between both parties and sincerely apologised. I did appreciate his subsequent and quick responses, which ends up giving him the positive feedback he deserves. At least, the agent will not disappear or ignore the messages from tenants, but takes responsibility for what he could compensate for.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Dear Ta-Liang, We thank you for your review. We released your deposit in full even though you had to terminate your Tenancy agreement early (within one month of moving in). This is an example of the type of agency we are as we understood your situation and instead of penalising you we agreed to terminate your tenancy and return your deposit in full. The delay in releasing your deposit was due to the fact that you had left the country and the phone number we had was no longer in service. As mentioned, we managed to get through to you at the end and we released your deposit within days of getting back in contact We wish you the best in your future

If anything needed fixing, a handyman would be sent on the same day, and often within a few hours. I've had the pleasure to be helped by Marco and Shah, always friendly, patient and helpful.
