GoogleI want to share my feedback as being a client of this company for the past 7 years. I am a landlord of multiple properties in London. I have received 5 star service from day one till present. The rent is always paid on time and my property is well looked after. Also my sister has been a tenant the last few years in one of their properties she too has received extremely satisfactory service. She was very complementary towards the management of the house such as any issues in the house are dealt with extreme care and very speedily.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience in renting a room with them. I found my room while I was still living in Italy, I took it and I didn't have any bad surprise once arrived in London. They are extremely nice and empathic people, we had a problem at the house with a toilet and they immediately sent us a plumber to fix it. I have nothing to complain. Now I'm not living in UK anymore, but if I will go there again I will definitely ask for their help to find a suitable accommodation.

Dear Szabina,
Your review is misleading. You moved in to our property on 19th June 2021. During your tenancy you raised 3 issues.
1. Broken toilet seat on 22/06/21, The toilet seat was replaced the same day
2. House getting dirty on 25/06/21, on 28/06/21 you thanked me for sending the cleaner
We have two other tenants in the property who have been in the same property for almost 2 years. They are still living in the same property. Whenever there was issues raised by them we dealt with it the same day if not the next day
The 3rd issue you raised was the conflict you had with your housemate. Whenever you messaged us, we got in touch with the housemate and in return he raised issue about you which made things complicated as both of you were not getting along. The action you wanted to take was to evict the tenant which we were not able to do as we have to obey the rules, regulation and law in England.
As mentioned, you raised the issue about your housemate, he responded with the issue he had with you. Please see below for some of the messages:
“ she is talking on the phone EVERY DAY with her coffee at 06:00 in the morning next to my window, LOUD. And she was waking me up. I did tell her on a very polite way that even with a closed window she is waking me up and her reply was "i don't care close your window" and i explain that my window is closed but she still wakes me up. I then proceeded on buying ear plugs in order to solve this and stopped complaining until the day she started doing it inside the house as well. Walking from her room to outside while talking loud, then going to the kitchen while laughing and it was 07:00 on a Sunday morning so I woke up and went outside and asked her to lower her voice because she needs to respect that nobody has to wake up on 07:00 on a Sunday morning because she did.
she is using as an astray the flower pot outside and doesn't clean it since day 1. This has more than 100 cigarettes that whenever the door opens the smell comes inside. I am a smoker myself and when I open the window that smells comes inside too, so I asked her politely to clean the cigarettes she is throwing there even if she wants to continue using it as an ashtray, at least once and then. She did not.
Her response was "you won't tell me what to do". My response was "i am asking you to do the logical thing. i will not escalate it, but the others asked you to close the door when you go outside to smoke because the smell comes inside and bothers them. So it's not just me that gets bothered by this."
