Great service yesterday from the property management at Knight Frank. I had a serious plumbing issue in an apartement managed by them: got in touch first thing with the property manager (Miss. Speteliunaite) and she has been very efficient in getting the landlord to approve the expense and organising with the plumber to come over and get everything sorted by late afternoon. We found the whole process efficient and very straight forward.
